hotel saint sauveur belongs to large groep WP witte paard in blankenberge. the price is marketprice for the period we stayed on this location. but i expected more for this price. breakfast is ok but no fresh bread (deepfrozen). indoor swimming pool is small so only for kids. location is very nice in center. room had no extra's. you cannot drive till the frontdoor to drop off luggage and my mother who is not so mobile. we took paid parking from hotel. reception desk lied to us about avalibability. we checked because we felt that thet were lying to us and they were, so it gave us a strange feeling. no familiar face at the reception and very impersonal and always somebody else. i only took this hotel because my mother prefers to come here since she knows one of the staff members who works at breakfast buffet. mixed feelings about our stay. there are better hotels in blankenberge in this price range.

The hotel is nicely located close to the beach and shops. Be aware that you may not reach the hotel by car without paying a 150€ fine (not even to drop the luggage and passengers) and the parking is 10 minutes away. You need to keep your window open since there is no air conditioning, but drunk people scream in the street every night. The rooms are clean and pretty. The elevator is absolutely scary as it falls back down regularly, I had never experienced that before. The contrast between this poor performance and the very high price of the hotel leaves me puzzled.

a bit dirty hotel, room with non-functional facilities, broken sockets, broken toilets, very poor Wi-Fi connection, no air conditioning, poor cleanliness in the room, elevator with problems, 4-star hotel better than 2 stars.

This hotel rates themselves as a 4 star but that seems to be very optimistic. Once it was a great hotel but the quality is slipping. The hotel is showing it's age and some upgrades are needed to maintain that 4 stars. For example, the biggest flaw is there is no air conditioning. There are room units the hotel could purchase and for 4 stars they are needed. The showers have weak pressure in the shower, the window blinds were broken and some were missing panels, the carpets were not always vacuumed, the shower overflows at the rear which could be fixed with a small sheet of plexiglass, the motel style "small soaps" should be replaced with larger ones, and the shampoo needs to be of higher quality. Sorry but there is work to do. The biggest positive is the location is great as is their breakfast.

Very nice experience, friendly and helpful staff, pool and sauna top! Good location in the off season.Maybe to noisy in the summertime. Close to the beach, restaurants and the shopping street. Great breakfast and very dog friendly. Certainly worth a next visit.

The staf was really friendly; both at the reception desk and at breakfast. The hotel is ideally located; in a street full of shops and two minutes from the beach. Very good breakfast! The room is good. You have everything you need in there! No airco, but no need for that during our visit. Also an cipe indoor pool, even a sauna with super hot temperature.

Visited this hotel a few timestamp already but thuis was the worst. I payed extra for een extra surprise deal where they offer you a room-upgrade. What do i get? Still a standaard room that is to hot, no airco and where it says please doet open the windows. To expensive for nothing bad experience this time, maybe last time.

We arrived at the hotel after visiting Bruge for the day. The night clerk acted like she’s bothered by our presence. We were surprised by additional charges that were never mentioned when the reservation was made. We requested parking services which was an additional €30 per car and was the most confusing and unsafe parking location anyone could have chosen. We arrived to the room which was basic and nothing like the pictures online. There was zero attention to details such as no usb plug, only decaffeinate coffee capsules and when we mentioned it to the front desk, there was not even a slight apology. I know we will definitely return to Bruge but never to this hotel.

Very disappointed The pictures are better then the reality… Very noisy hotel : the sound insolation in the room is terrible I didn’t sleep well at all. On top of that the management is highly uncommercial or unfriendly…
