Hotel Blaucel

The hotel staff were fantastic and very welcoming the cleaner Nancy was fantastic always cleans our rooms every morning and did a wonderful job and the food was amazing the English chef was brilliant ask my kids what food they liked and always welcomed us the night time entertainment was really good everything was perfect thank you for making our family vacation perfect we can’t wait to come back again

Our stay in general has been pleasant, although nothing special ... In the rooms, the sofa bed has already seen its best days and should be replaced or get rid of. We had a large room with a double bed and a single bed that overlooks a semi-abandoned park with pine trees. In this times, the biggest problem was in the restaurant, as customers go beyond the COVID-19 regulations (they do not wear masks and do not use the disinfectant liquids) and worst of all in front of the staff (bosses and waiters) who did absolutely nothing about it. A complaint to the head of the restaurant and bar (who was always walking through the restaurant and upstairs to the bar and does not speak or understand English, French or Dutch) was impossible, so we told the head of the waiters, Mr. Jose, who said he transmitted the complaint to the Director. None of them contacted us or did anything about it, despite the fact that the directors were present the following days. Everything remained the same until the end of our stay. Also the price of parking is totally abusive (13 Euros per night !!!!) but you have no other choice since on the street, although the rate of 6 Euros a day is equally abusive, you cannot find a place to park anywhere near the hotel.

Bon hotel situé à 3 min à pieds du bord de mer. Le parking de l’hôtel est vite complet et on ne peut pas réserver l’emplacement avant. Le stationnement dans la rue coûte 6€ par jour mais les places sont difficiles à trouver. Ne pas regarder les détails pour la salle de restaurant qui aurait besoin d’un coup de jeune. Petit-déjeuner bien, grand choix. Repas du soir pareil. Il y a un bus pour se rendre à Barcelone au tarif de 7,50€ par personne aller simple. La station de bus se trouve à 15 min à pieds de l’hôtel. Compter environ 1h45 de trajet. La piscine de l’hôtel est un peu petite et les alentours de la piscine ne sont pas super propres. Personnel sympa dans l’ensemble mais les pauvres sont débordés aussi bien à la restaurantion qu’à l’accueil. Un point négatif également le peu d’ascenseur. Longue attente car bcp de monde.

Wir waren 2022 in diesem Hotel und beschlossen, zurückzukehren. Wir haben es nicht wieder erkannt. Das Beste an diesem Hotel war immer noch das Personal an der Rezeption, das sein Möglichstes tut, um die Gäste mit dem, was ihnen zur Verfügung steht, zufrieden zu stellen. Die Zimmer sind schlechter als in jedem schäbigsten Motel. Die Matratzen waren ekelhaft (zu Hause hatten wir Bettwanzen als Andenken an unseren Aufenthalt!!!) und das Schlafsofa war genau wie der Rest des Zimmers ekelhaft! Sauberkeit, oberflächlich bis nicht vorhanden. Nachts Lärm aus den Zimmern und Fluren. Der Nachtwächter tut absolut nichts. Die Person, die vorher nachts da war (und perfekt Deutsch sprach), war immer aufmerksam und unterbindet jede Störung oder Krach. Das Essen - ekelhaft und geschmacklos - von schlechter Qualität. Der Küchenleiter, der die Arbeiter vor den Gästen anschreit, hat keinerlei Professionalität. Wir werden sicherlich nicht noch einmal an diesen schrecklichen Ort zurückkehren.

Hotel Blaucel Spanje, Costa Brava, Blanes Hotel is niet modern eerder 3 sterren dan een 4 sterren hotel. Omdat er ook all inn mogelijk is, was het ‘restaurant’ één grote vreetschuur., ook omdat gasten van Hotel Blaumar in Hotel Blaucel moesten eten. Als je om 09:15 uur gaat ontbijten, zijn diverse kopje of glazen op en diverse levensmiddelen niet bijgevuld.. Wanneer je aan, mijn inziens niet geïnteresseerd personeel iets vroeg, dan werd er gezegd straks wordt het aangevuld. Tegen de tijd dat het bijgevuld werd, was de tijd van ontbijt al verstreken.. Kamer niet voorzien van koelkast en werd niet regelmatig schoongemaakt net als balkon, hetgeen volgens receptioniste wel behoort te gebeuren. Bedlinnen in 8 dagen tijd niet 1x verschoond, Dit doorgegeven aan personeel, ze noteren iets en vervolg is er niet..! Rondom het zwembad werd nooit schoongemaakt net als de bijzettafeltjes.. De ligbedden waren doorgezakt en veel defect en geen parasols aanwezig , zoals op foto’s bij reisorganisatie zijn afgebeeld. Beoordeling 6

Je ne comprends les avis négatifs à croire qu on est pas venu au même hôtel 😉 la chambre a été nettoyée tous les jours un grand merci pour les femmes de ménage. On était en pension complète les repas étaient variés et à chaque fois des repas à la minute fait par des cuisiniers en direct très bon et toujours servi avec le sourire. La piscine intérieure et extérieure et très appréciable en cas de mauvais temps. Les serveuses et les serveurs font un boulot remarquable avec amabilité. Et l emplacement est juste à côté de la plage et des commerces un peu loin du centre-ville le train touristique s arrête juste à côté.

Lugar donde se maltrata literalmente al trabajador, yo lo pude ver con mis propios ojos. Y no digo nada más, creo que ya está todo dicho. Bajo la pasiva mirada de los superiores, los cuales colaboran en dicho maltrato... en fin, no entiendo cómo ese hotel sigue abierto bajo el mando de tales elementos. No comment.

El hotel es tal cual sale en las fotos pero después de éstas no han limpiado ni han hecho ningún tipo de mantenimiento. Parece haber pasado medio siglo tras ellas. Las habitaciones son amplias, si, pero sin nevera, todo muy viejo y estropeado. En nuestra habitación, éramos dos personas, había una cama de matrimonio una cama pequeña y un sofá cama en malas condiciones, oxidado y corroído, que solo el personal de mantenimiento eran capaces de plegar. El hotel en general muy sucio y descuidado, con gotelé, pintura levantada, ascensores que parecían saunas, oxidados, las puertas con golpes… El comedor era una locura, camareros insuficientes, desagradables, los platos que se presuponían limpios, estaban sucios, la vestimenta de los camareros sucios, …. A los camareros se les caía todo, platos, cubiertos, continuamente, sin formacion alguna aparentemente. Baldas grasientas…en fin un despropósito. El gimnasio era enano y el Spa era un jacuzzi, un baño turco y una sauna, te cobraban y no funcionaba.
