SUCH a convenient location! 10 minutes to the Blaine Sports Center and Blaine Super Hockey Rink, 15 minutes from Downtown Minneapolis Timberwolves games, Vikings Games, Wild Games and Twins Games and only a 25 minute drive to the International airport. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, please review the following instructions: 2 night minimum and 4 night maximum Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time: 3:00 PM Check-out time: 11:00 AM If you need to adjust these timings, kindly inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Call or Text (number will be provided) Key and Access: Semi-Private Entrance Upon arrival, you will find the keys in a lockbox located near the main entrance. The key works for the top deadbolt. The lockbox code will be provided. There is a key for you to use as you come and go on the dresser in your bedroom. Your space is the ENTIRE lower level 😊 You can lock the door from the inside. The home owners may or may not be in the upper level of the house. Please remember to return the keys to the lockbox upon check-out and leave the spare key on the dresser in the bedroom.. Failure to return the keys may result in a replacement fee. 💡Lights: The light switch for the main room is located at the bottom of the stairs. Please be sure to turn them all the way off when you leave and also the 2 lights above the fireplace. 🇺🇸WI-Fi: We offer complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. The network name is Century Link and password will be provided. ❤️ Fireplace: Romance and ambiance! Amenities: The Hotel Foshay-efornia provides several amenities to enhance your stay, including: Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries. Microwave and Mini Frig. ☕️Kurig Coffee Machine with Complimentary coffee, tea, and bottled water. Laundry facilities available on-site (in laundry room same level) 😎DISH TV satellite services. ❄️Air conditioning and heating for your comfort. Iron is located in the night stand next to the bed and ironing board is in the laundry room. Feel free to use the Pool Table and exercise bike. Enjoy! 💥 Smoking Policy: The Hotel Foshay-efornia is strictly a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted indoors, including common areas and guest rooms. If you must smoke, step outside and be sure to pick up any cigarette butts and dispose of them properly. 🚘Parking: You may park in the driveway on the right side up by the garbage cans. That way we will be able to access the garage and come and go as we need to. Safety and Security: Your safety is our top priority. We have installed security cameras in public areas for your protection. Please ensure that you lock the door when leaving the property and at night. 🚑In case of emergencies, the closest hospital is in Fridley MN at Mercy Hospital 550 Osborne Road NE Fridley, MN. 55432 or dial emergency services at 911 from your cell phone. We have no landline service. Laundry Room: We may need to access the laundry room while you are here. Please keep all valuables either with you or in your car. Close the bedroom door when you leave. You can be assured we will not go in there.
