Overall my experience was beyond fantastic. Larry checked me into room 318 on March 31, 2022 and he was patient, kind and professional to the end. I had the most horrible day I could ever imagine. I received news that I could no longer stay at the place where I was living and in minutes I felt optionless, hopeless and fearful with my children. This news came without notice and within minutes I had to find a place to stay. The team did not know my situation and that’s what made it so much more beautiful and personable. Larry’s outstanding service sets the tone for the rest of the visit and it was nothing short of a wonderful time that felt like home. I am truly grateful. Loretta was always there with a bright, beautiful smile, warm compliments and fresh towels for my room. She has no idea how wonderful she has been to me in my lowest moments. Thanks Loretta . You matter and what you do for your clients make a huge difference. Keep smiling! David, you are super kind and your smile will never be forgotten. Thanks for helping me with the names for each team members in order for me to say thanks. Jason and Angela many thanks for your kindness and helpfulness as well. I appreciate all the help you provided during my stay. Ucef you are a great team member, never forget who you are and what you are at your workplace to cause. I reviewed this hotel a couple of years ago and had given it a 5 star rating. I've been back to this hotel a couple of times since my initial review and the service just keeps going down hill. The reason why I'm giving this a one star rating is because of my most recent experience. I work with Hospitals and like to go back to the room get showered, changed and then go home. As a Titanium Elite member most hotels offer a 4pm check out. I asked for a late checkout and was told I could have a 2:30pm check out. When I got back from working at the hospital at 2:15pm I was told that I checked out of the hotel. When I inquired who checked me out I was told that housekeeping checked me out hours earlier. Apparently they went into my room even though I had a do not disturb sign on my door saw that the room was empty and decided to check me out. In what universe does housekeeping check guests out of hotels????? When I argued that I had a late check out and how could this happen I was asked what I needed to go back into my room for. Excuse me, is that any of your business? I was given a late checkout!!! Service at this hotel is not great. Food at the bistro is really fallen down hill since Miguel left. Won't be staying at this hotel again!

In un viaggio indefinito, mi sono sentito molto stanco di guidare da Baltimora a Toms River, New Jersey, e mi sono servito un posto per stare in mezzo alla notte. Il hotel è stato a circa 3 di mattina, e ho avuto problemi a trovare una stanza alberghiera nella zona con disponibilità. Fortunatamente, questo Holiday Inn Express non aveva solo spazio disponibile, ma un ottimo ricevitore per controllare me. Rob non solo era utile, ma era gentile e cortese da parte sua, e da parte della nostra conversazione telefonica fino a salutarmi con il nome all’arrivo, si sforzava di assicurarmi che io fossi più che benvenuto. Grazie per l'eccellente servizio clienti e le eccellenti tariffe per le camere! Camera 410 Feedback - Il ventilatore di scarico nel bagno era estremamente polveroso e il deadbolt sulla mia porta non funzionava.

Il suono è troppo cattivo. Il suono della camera di sopra e il suono della letto di sonno non possono dormire. Il bagno non è regolare.

Sono rimasto qui per 2 settimane mentre ricevevo un trattamento all'ospedale Philadelphia VA. Le strutture sono belle e ci sono sempre cose divertenti da fare, così come ostelli alberghi di notte. La zona è sicura e la sicurezza dell'ostello è di prima vista, tra cui l'accesso alla carta chiave e un personale sempre vigile. E mentre siamo all'oggetto del personale ...it è il personale che ha reso il mio soggiorno del tutto piacevole. Tutti sono amichevoli, utili e conosciuti. Ma considerate le circostanze del mio soggiorno, ho avuto alcune circostanze speciali che sono state affrontate da Katie e Ariella, entrambe, sarò per sempre grato per la loro gentilezza, La compassione e la volontà di fare il migliore dei loro alloggi. Non tutti gli eroi indossano cappotti. Voglio anche menzionare Max, il guardiano di notte della porta, ha in qualche modo riuscito a mantenere il caos nella baia. E infine vorrei citare Desiree, la madre residente che sa tutto quello che sa di esplorare Philadelphia. Non posso semplicemente raccomandare Apple Hostel più vigorosamente o sinceramente.
