Lovely b&b, not far from the North Pier. Clean and comfortable; attentive and welcoming hosts. Lovely cooked breakfast as well as pastries, fresh fruit & cereal available. Filtered coffee to help yourself too. Highly recommend a visit here

This couple are amazing, so friendly there rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, The towels and presentation are perfect smart TV. Breakfast was lovely that sets you up for the whole day and nothing is a problem, my daughter is autistic they welcomed her and was so understanding. Disability friendly "there should be a section" Debbie and her husband were so patient and understanding very rare to find. So my humble opinion, there is no where else I would stay in Blackpool.

What a great place to stay, location fantastic close to the tower but far enough away from the crowds. Debbie and Adi were fantastic hosts and the breakfast was amazing. Lovely rooms, clean and warm. Great bar and dinning area. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Debbie and Adi for making it a great trip xx

Lovely warm welcome from hosts Debbie and Adi. The room was nice and spacious. The bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up. Fantastic breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble. Managed to get parked on the street which was a bonus as space is limited. There is a large pay and display car park round the corner.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Rossdene House.Debbie and Adi are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Room was lovely and clean, very comfortable bed, bedding and had plenty of tea/coffee and biscuits. Breakfast was really good with lots of choice including a cooked breakfast and fresh fruit. Easy access to Blackpool centre by tram or walking...close to beach and on street parking. Will be recommending to all my friends and family and we will definitely be staying again Thankyou for making us feel at home x

Lovely friendly staff nothing to much trouble breakfast was lovely rooms lovely and clean comfortable beds very accommodating and understanding to our son who has adhd brilliant people, thank you for having us was a fantastic stay xx excellent

This was a real find.Debbie and Aidi were fantastic hosts and the hospitality was fantastic and the breakfast was 5 star. Nothing was any trouble to them and the family room was fantastic with really comfortable beds .Will certainly be back 5 🌟
