I stayed in room 2 .. there was plaster off the walles in lumps big holes My TV had no remote all night and the TV wldnt work with out it ..asked loads of times to have it sorted but the staff just fobed me off and kept saying I ad wait till boss came in but when he came in the staff forgot to tell him so he left a gain very un helpful Wouldn't stay here again was ment to be staying g with my girls for new year .. I've asked them to cancel it and are refusing to cancel the rooms which I don't intend to use them I will never book with theses Again

This place is a disgusting health hazard,avoid at all costs,I wouldn't use this place as a shelter for animals,do not leave a deposit as you will walk out as soon as you arrive and they will refuse to refund you,I have contacted the council regarding this place,how it is still open to the paying public is beyond me

spent a one night stay here in July 2024. Booked 2 rooms 1 family and 1 double for the price we paid was a steal. Rooms were ok, slightly falling apart but clean. upon arrival no one to meet us at reception, despite a good looking bar which was closed, yet advertised as open 10am to midnight, this was 6pm, very odd? Once we were checked in I enquired about breakfast and was told served between 9am and 10am, bit odd again as this was mid week. still I like a lay in and having suffered a fracture to my back in June 2024, was Ideal for us. Next day, went down for breakfast at 9am, again bar & restaurant was closed no sign of life, had to ring the mobile number on the door of the entrance hall wall, eventually got an answer having tried a few times to be told, they are not serving breakfast this week. Again for an advertised B&B very odd. still a 10minute walk to sea front is a Wetherspoons so we were not that bothered. On checking out at 10am, i was 30mins along the M55 southbound when I remembered I left my Orthopaedic pillow inside the bed room. I quickly telephoned the mobile number i had rung before and explained what I had done. Man on the other end said, yes we have already found your pillow (£35.00 paid for after i was discharged from Hospital) Man said I can arrange a courier to collect it. I said, actually we are returning end of August albeit not to this B&B, but if it can be kept i will collect on 30th August. Man told me he will label it up and put it in his Lost Property, he gave me his name as Alexandro, forgive me if spelling is incorrect. I returned as said on 30th August, lady was sat behind the bar on a stall upon my arrival and another male was present stood at the bar, both had staff polo tops with name of hotel on them, sadly I didn't get either names. I informed them why i was there, they claimed no one of the name of the person I spoke with worked at this hotel. I advised he had found my pillow and described it, I showed the number I called and they claimed it belonged to a person called Enrique, they also said he has not been in work this week, and that they don't even have a lost property, again very odd for a B&B that is not exactly a small hotel. I had to prompt the lady to look for my pillow, she said we only have a cleaning cupboard but would go and look, she came back moments later and said there is nothing there, the male at the bar seemed to make a phone, i thought he was helping by calling this man Enrique, but he wasn't he was arranging some other business. I asked if they could call him or find out who Alexandro was and she said no. he doesn't exist, and clearly they were not too bothered about my lost Item i was told by someone working there it had been found. clearly a lot to desire for the customer experience. based on this and the dated room, i wont be returning and I trust the owner of this establishment cares enough to give staff better training and better facilities for customers who do fo

One of the worst places to stay in Blackpool. On the outside it looks really nice but as soon as you walk in you see the dirt. Our room was not very nice, dirty bedding on one of the bunk beds (luckily that was a spare bed), built up dust everywhere you looked, lack of plug sockets and a door frame that covered half of the light switch! Holes in the walls and the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. We stayed 2 nights and both mornings we were woken by the fire alarm because the "chef" is incapable of cooking breakfast without burning it. Luckily we didn't have the food...music from the bar downstairs could be heard in our room. Door to our room had a very loose lock and a big crack in the door..didn't feel very safe of a night as the front door to the hotel is kept unlocked...paid £10 a night for parking, which is behind the hotel after going down a dodgy looking alleyway...would never stay here again!

Room, towels and beddings were very old and dirty. My husband was bitten by bugs just few minutes after laying on the bed. There’s a hole in the room and we were scared a mouse or something would come out of it. We couldn’t open the window as outside was full of trash. We paid for 2 nights but left after the first night, we couldn’t spend the other night there. We paid for dinner and that was from 5pm - 8pm so we got there just few minutes after 6pm and they said most of the food was finished. We were only offered potatoes and stale ham for dinner. Guys don’t be deceived by the pictures online, the place is very old and unkept. It should be closed down as it’s not a safe and healthy place.

Room and bathroom were dirty. People stomping up and down outside the room all night on first night. Second night we didn't get to sleep until around 4am due to the lad and lass in next room arguing all night after coming back from pub/club. Wouldn't have minded if I was on a lads holiday/stag do, but not when I've got my wife and kids with me. Police were there when we arrived. We were then told to make sure our room door is locked at all times, whether we are in or not. Not a great experience at all 👎

We didn’t stay here. We were at very nice apartments a few doors up, our friends were running late, and this place was booming out music and advertising pints of San Miguel for £3 (the latter attracted us in). We asked about food for a quick snack but were told it was for those on half board only. To be fair that was probably for the best. Reviews and history here doesn’t look good but it seems to have new owners and they are presumably working through the problems. Decent small terrace at the front to enjoy the sunshine. Offered a complimentary test tube shot which we declined (long day ahead) but that was very generous considering we’d only spent £6. Good luck.

Approached the hotel and expected a nightmare due to the reviewed but found it a very pleasant place to stay! Room was clean, staff were very friendly, spoke to the people that run it as i did a review on the hotel on my YouTube - Russell Dant - I was very surprised, they said they are trying their hardest and slowly refurbishing the place, you can tell in their voice that they are very passionate, if you are looking for a cheap clean stay then this hotel I definitely recommend! That's because of my experience! Breakfast, dinner, Sunday carvery, room service, free Wi-Fi to name but a few, I mean there is a mini fridge in the room lol and room service? The outside patio was amazing, lounge was very nice with big relaxing chairs, plenty of space in the restaurant as well. I only paid £15 for the night compared to all the other hotels in blackpool i have stayed at this one rates top! Would stay again!

Just horrendous. Saw horror photos before trip. Even worse in reality. Dirty, smelly, bugs, hairy, mould, leaks, paper, paint and plaster off walls, broken fittings and fixtures EVERYWHERE dirty kitchen dangerous wiring throughout. Bar open noisy and playing music til after 2am. Smells of cigs. Just don’t do it.
