Had a lovely stay. Friendly hosts comfy bed. really good value for the money and the break was excellent.

The hotel was just like being at home, with a beautiful breakfast, clean warm comfortable accommodation and very friendly and attentive owners. Parking outside the hotel, subject to availability was a big bonus and also on street away from the beach front!

We arrived slightly later than planned, however the ladies (owners) were waiting to greet us. A lovely homely feel and the ladies are fantastic, have great information about the best places to visit. We stayed in room 6 top floor with twin beds, en suite shower, WiFi was no issue for us, there are two options to connect, you just need to connect to the right one. Toilet just down one set of stairs, I found it to be quiet apart from the odd boy racer! Depending on your level of fitness, just a short walk to the North shore end of town. Breakfast, choice of cereals, or English breakfast, choice of toast with beans, eggs etc. vegetarian options, but no vegan if that’s you. I’m already planning another trip with family for next month, this trip was just for a couple nights away for a gig.

This was an excellent option for the price compared to others in the area. The room was simple but clean and decorated to a modern standard. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, although the 9am start time for breakfast may not suit some people. The only issue I had was trying to maintain a steady temperature for the water in the shower, which ranged from just about warm enough to absolutely freezing! There was probably a knack to it. The B&B is located close to a tram stop and has free street parking outside, so works well as a cheap base for heading down the promenade. For a one night stay this was about as good as you'll get for the price, and I would consider staying again if I needed somewhere in Blackpool.

One of the owners was asking inappropriate questions about gender correction operations and hormones to a non binary guest who’s intersexual. First night dog with another guest was given preferential treatment and allowed to bark all night . No working and useable Wi-Fi on the top floor of the property and terrible breakfast options. Third night stag party made tons of noise from 3 am to 7 am

Booked in but unfortunately something a mess up and we had to leave and so couldn't stay the weekend. Lovely owners and so so nice, shame we couldn't manage to stay. Will try and come back in the future. JOHN Glasgow

Family room with bunk beds and a double was great. Hotel very traditional as is the style but all really well kept. Owners very friendly and helpful. Can’t comment on breakfast as we left too early for it, I suppose 9am is fairly typical for a B&B style property but for us it was too late to wait… it’s about a 15-20 min walk to centre of the prom or 2 stops on the tram - overall a very good one night stay.

A nice friendly couple (ladies) and a good sized room, which was spotless and comfortable. No wardrobe, but all the hooks did the job. I had to get my own Vegan stuff for breakfast, but at least they still offer one, as many don't now. I got to share this with a Vegan couple from Finland, who were also there for the Rebellion Punk festival. One of the other guests was a bit confusing; one day a man, the next day dressed as a woman! 😄 (They knew their music though!) All-in-all, a relaxed, spotless, warm and friendly place to stay.
