Premier Inn Blackpool (North Pier)

L'hotel era bello e pulito e il personale gentile e cordiale. Melissa ha fatto di tutto, dal riporre i nostri bagagli, al fornire preziose informazioni e ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti. Questa è stata la prima volta che ho soggiornato in una locanda Premier e ora mi sono definitivamente convertito.

Abbiamo ricevuto un servizio di prima classe da Steve dietro la reception. Ho potuto vedere subito che proveniva da una precedente carriera professionale. Il nostro bagno era rotto all'arrivo dopo aver segnalato la situazione a un addetto alle pulizie, siamo tornati nella nostra camera più tardi nel corso della giornata per riscontrare ancora lo stesso problema con il bagno. Immediatamente sono andato alla reception e sono stato accolto da Steve. Chi non avrebbe potuto fare abbastanza per me e mia figlia. È stato estremamente professionale nell'affrontare il nostro problema. Che boccata d'aria fresca era. Ci hanno spostato immediatamente le stanze. Steve ha sottolineato che se c'era qualcos'altro di cui avevamo bisogno non esitavamo a venire a trovarlo. Successivamente abbiamo ricevuto feedback anche da Steve, il quale ha affermato che la stanza doveva essere chiusa a causa di un guasto al bagno. Grazie Steve, hai reso la nostra vacanza un soggiorno felice?

We stayed two nights in a standard room with a view in April 2025. First the positive - the staff were all friendly, helpful and ready to try and sort any problems. Now the negatives. PUBLIC AREAS This hotel has five floors and is served by three lifts - if which only one was working. Apparently this has been the case for some time and it led to more waiting for the lift than is acceptable. The gents toilet adjacent to the restaurant has two cubicles. Both had broken locks meaning that you could not lock the door if you wanted to use the facility. OUR ROOM ON THE FIFTH FLOOR The first time we left the room we had to pull the door multiple times before it would lock. When we turned the duvet down, we discovered a large brown stain on the bottom sheet. This led us to ask for the sheet to be changed and when the staff member brought the sheet replacement up we asked him to look at the door lock. By this time it would not lock at all - rendering the room unsafe. We also asked him to look at flushing the toilet and, like us, he was unable to get it to flush. These failures led to us having to move rooms. We were offered a complimentary breakfast the following day because of these problems.

Easy smart, safe & comfortable hotel. Great location for our needs, Winter Gardens Dance Festival & a tram ride to South Beach for the evening in the Eurovision Fan Zone. All the staff were superb & very courteous. Thank you. We will definitely stay again.

We moved here from a really bad b&b (Kings Cross Hotel In Chanley Road) and we’re so pleased we did! Lovely rooms. Really great staff. Food fair for the price. Will always book premier in future as you know what you’re going to get! Short walk to tower and nice restaurants.

Stayed here for one night whilst visiting to see the illuminations. It’s a lively area but close to the beach front with plenty of bars/shops/restaurants near by. The Hotel itself was your usual Premier Inn standards. I would stay again if I ever came back to Blackpool.
