Premier Inn Blackpool (North Pier)

Abbiamo ricevuto un servizio di prima classe da Steve dietro la reception. Ho potuto vedere subito che proveniva da una precedente carriera professionale. Il nostro bagno era rotto all'arrivo dopo aver segnalato la situazione a un addetto alle pulizie, siamo tornati nella nostra camera più tardi nel corso della giornata per riscontrare ancora lo stesso problema con il bagno. Immediatamente sono andato alla reception e sono stato accolto da Steve. Chi non avrebbe potuto fare abbastanza per me e mia figlia. È stato estremamente professionale nell'affrontare il nostro problema. Che boccata d'aria fresca era. Ci hanno spostato immediatamente le stanze. Steve ha sottolineato che se c'era qualcos'altro di cui avevamo bisogno non esitavamo a venire a trovarlo. Successivamente abbiamo ricevuto feedback anche da Steve, il quale ha affermato che la stanza doveva essere chiusa a causa di un guasto al bagno. Grazie Steve, hai reso la nostra vacanza un soggiorno felice?

As ever, a comfortable stay at Premier Inn and a smooth and friendly check in and out process. This particular venue is clean and modern and in a great, central location. All you need really, and well priced. There’s plenty of choice in Blackpool, even out of season, but the reassurance and consistency of a national chain takes away the stress that can come with booking elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Great stay very convenient for what we needed lovely and clean staff very knowledgeable would stay again, very easy to find food very good, nice walk along the beach topped off a great weekend would fully recommend and stay again, slept like a log

I've stayed in a few Premier Plus rooms and they're pretty good. In Lincoln recently, two small bars of chocolate. Here, just one. This is penny pinching of the highest order. 50% less chocolate in Blackpool, perhaps I should stick with Lincoln.

Convenient location for Winter Gardens. The bathroom was absolutely freezing and we were informed by reception, that no bathroom in any premier inn is heated. So be aware. The so called validation of yellow tag for Talbot road carpark didn’t work so we ended up paying full price for 72 hr stay. Reception really should ensure it gets validated. Remember what package you booked when checking in as we nearly got sold another three day breakfast package because it wasn’t flagged up!

While the hotel was the usual excellent Premier inn experience with polite helpful staff, nice room and comfortable bed, BEWARE of rooms on the Clifton Street side of this hotel (at least Fri and Sat) the noise from the Retro lounge opposite is a VERY LOUD thumping base, you'll get no sleep until after 2am if you're at all a light sleeper. (room 108). bear in mind the early access fee charged even if the rooms ready, £15 to push a button seems a bit over the top (I was aware of fee and chose to pay it to get to an event).
