Frank & Diane make you feel welcome from the minute you step in the door. If you are looking for home from home this is your place to stay. The whole place is spotlessly clean. It's about a 5 minute into town close to all amenities. Diane is a fabulous cook & always leaves us a homemade treat in out room from biscuits, flapjack, cake. Frank makes the best toast ever!

We stayed here at the end of October as a family of three and it really was brilliant. Frank and Diane are fantastic hosts who have a lovely hotel in a great location. Our 7 year old son said how nice they were and how great the breakfast was (the only thing better for the few days in his words were Icon and The Big one and there was no beating those but shows how great the breakfasts were if they are a close 2nd) The room was very clean and comfortable with fresh milk, a drink for our son and some home made cake which he loved. Really enjoyed our stay and we would 100% book here again should we return to Blackpool. Great location and only a 5-10 minute walk to the Tower and beachfront. Thank you again for being so welcoming to us and helping us have a great time on our holiday with your advice about the town.

What a great experience, lovely little guesthouse as give the personal touch. Frank & Diane are great hosts who look after you from the moment you arrive, nothing a problem. The rooms are spread across two floors & don't have a lift but it's about 12 steps to the first floor then about 12 to the second floor so nothing drastic if not 100% mobile. Breakfast in the morning always cooked fresh when you get there with a choice of cereals or full English with juice & tea/coffee.

A birthday treat. From the first pleasant phone call, two day stay and leaving, we were sure that this was one of the best B & B stays we have experienced. A beautiful homemade and personalised birthday cake and decorations awaited our arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, plenty of coffee supplies, even fresh milk contained within a small dedicated fridge the size of the bottle. Extremely immediate hot running water in the shower and sink, soap, hair/body wash solution, oh, and a bar (not in the room). Could not fault the selection and size of the breakfast filling the hot plates they were served on all at an extremely competitive price :-). Thanks to Diane and Frank for an excellent stay and hope to see you again soon before your retirement.

What a gem , a fantastic couple who cant do enough for you . Lovely and clean with nice touches in the room with milk in the fridge and home made baking. Breakfast was so tasty. Decor was aesthetically pleasing and thoughtfully done . We will definitely return Alan and Linda

Frank & Diane are first class hosts, we were made very welcome, our room and the entire hotel is spotlessly clean and the breakfast was amazing, such a nice couple, cannot recommend this place enough, hopefully not to long till we return again. Derek & Thelma
