Lovely hotel loved dot for everything she did for us loved the breakfast

Awfull stay accused of shoutin and all sorts when it Wasent us. And we had a baby I paid for a cot that we never got. The staff were awfull. Never going back left us outside for half an hour with a baby.

I just wanted to take a moment to share what an absolutely fantastic experience I had at Friends Hotel in Blackpool, run by the lovely Dot and Chris. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Dot and Chris go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels like part of the family, and their warm hospitality truly sets this place apart. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with cosy and spotless rooms that provide a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Blackpool. The location is excellent too, close to all the main attractions and the beach, making it very convenient. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that catered to all tastes. It’s clear that Dot and Chris put a lot of care and attention into every detail, and their passion really shines through. If you’re planning a trip to Blackpool, I can’t recommend Friends Hotel highly enough – it’s a gem of a place run by two genuinely wonderful people. You won’t be disappointed!

I wanted to share my recent experience at a charming establishment I stayed at, which I initially had some difficulty locating as it is actually named Friends Hotel, though it is sometimes referred to as Friends Bed and Breakfast. The hotel is a lovely, quaint little place that is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained. Our host, Dot, was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was truly superb; Christopher prepared a wonderful omelette for us, which was absolutely fantastic. I would wholeheartedly recommend Friends Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and pleasant stay. It certainly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning. With such thoughtful hospitality, a spotless environment, a great shower, and a delightful breakfast, what more could one possibly ask for? Kind regards.
