Empress Select Holiday Flats

Abousloutly love this place, nothing negative to say. there is a £1 coin meter but we put 3 pound in all weekend so spot on and it's in listing but don't let it put you off. really secure place, clean and comfy. Rene made the booking easy and Tim meeting you was a lovely touch and explained area, we visit Blackpool few times a year and definitely found a place we would stay again. this is honest review. you cannot fault it in any way. free parking which is rare in blackpool 🙂 plenty of plug sockets. clean and comfy bed and pillows what more can you ask for. thankyou to you both for lovely stay 🙂

Couldn't fault Tim nice, guy there to check us in, good recommendations on food. The flat seemed clean enough, but I think we got the last one I've a feeling the worst one! Very very basic just so mismatch I just found the whole set up weird felt like we was sleeping in a shop window! Sorry guys it's a no from me Tim your a nice guy but seriously think about a little TLC on this room I'd sooner pay a bit more & be comfortable.

Great apartment, great location and fab host! Free secure parking too which is always a bonus in Blackpool! Everything was clean and the room had everything you needed! Tim met us there and let us check in early as we had a music festival to go to! He also advised us on the best places to eat around there and also where to get the buses/trams from! So friendly and helpful! We will 100% stay here again!

Just returned from our annual stay in Flat 8; our children love it here. Tim is always wonderful-great communication prior to our visit and always a warm welcome with his recommendations of where to go! Apartment is always immaculate, cosy and warm. Super location as it’s quiet but close enough to all the attractions with a tram stop a minutes walk away. We will be back! 5⭐️

Great accommodation. Good size. Two rooms which was great with have kids.Close to a fantastic cafe and tram stop at the end of the road. Also somewhere to leave the car so happily use the tram services Highly recommend

We were so pleased with the flat ,it was spacious and clean and very comfortable and in a very quiet area .We had flat 5 which sleeps 3 ,a double bed and a sofa bed in living room as well as an arm chair , has a sea view ,the kitchen area had everything in it ,there was an area in the living room to hang your clothes and loads of coat hangers and a round table to sit at to eat . There were towels provided & lovely clean crisp bedding ,with a good sized chest of drawers .Tim the owner met us when we arrived to give us our key and to explain how to use the key pad to access the building ,he was so nice and gave great advice as to where to eat etc .The flat is up on flight of stairs but was no problem to us ,we knew this when we booked . There is a Tram stop at the end of the road ,a 1 minute walk ,we purchased the full week tram tickets that were £22 a person ,but it meant we could hop on and off the trams or buses when ever we wanted it was good value for 7 days . There is parking at the back for 4 cars but I think Tim can give you a parking permit if you park out on the street . You have to pay for electric via a meter whilst using the flat £1 coins ,we weren't in the flat much but Tim said 50p would go a long way if you didn't over use the electric ie the cooker ,the microwave ,TVs there were 2 in our flat but we weren't there to watch TV we wanted to explore Blackpool ,and we ate out all the time, so didn't use the cooker or microwave . There is a hair drier provided ,an Iron and Ironing board ,and a clothes drier . Room around the double bed is quite narrow so not really suitable for anyone with mobility issues .The bathroom is small but very clean the shower has several settings and you can make it very hot if you like it like that . We will definitely stay again .
