Hotel in zona Coronation Rock, Blackpool

The actual hotel is really top notch with very clean rooms and all areas well kept. The bed was comfy and the room was fresh. The team of staff were lovely and happy to go above and beyond. (Singing ‘Happy birthday’ to my Hubby) just the sweetest touch. Gutted we didn’t get your names! The downside was breakfast, rubbish quality and everything tasted naff. Watered down juice but the hot chocolate and mocha were fab. Will be back but not paying for brekkie again.

Tutto sul nostro soggiorno era fantastico ben accolto quando ci siamo arrivati, la stanza era bella e pulita, le strutture brillanti, mai un cattivo soggiorno hotel è bellissimo, il personale è sempre così bello e il divertimento era brillante sarà prenotare Ancora presto il miglior hotel a Blackpool non voleva lasciare sempre un piacere di rimanere lì mio figlio davvero piaceva voleva tornare già tutti voi prendete cura di prenotare di nuovo presto potreste tenermi aggiornato con il divertimento che è sul per il resto del anno

Breakfast is great, plenty of choices to eat. It is a clean and very new hotel. The location is perfect, whether you have a car or without a car. Only one thing was disappointing for the housekeeping. They come to clean but never clean the bathroom.

From walking in until departure we had a great experience, we stayed in room 300 a ground floor accessible room, our grown up daughter who has ASD , was able to sleep in the same room as my wife and I ( I am also disabled ) , the room was big and the bathroom with wet floor shower and an adapted bath ( with a low level door to get in ) was big enough to fit another double bed, The Breakfast was fresh every morning and there was always someone keeping an eye out to top-up when running low, all staff were very helpful with any enquiry / issue we had and attended to it as soon as was possible, a big thank you to Nicola and Alex at Breakfast, I would mention everyone else but can't remember their name, my only negative comment would be that even though we went in September to see the illuminations, there could have been more staff, 2 main for breakfast, 1 for evening restaurant ( who also was attending to the bar , assisting with reception and in kitchens ). The hotel & Staff were great and we plan to stay there again .

Best Hotel in Blackpool staff awesome and friendly service outstanding. The imperial Hotel grade 2 listed building full of old world character many of the great and good stay here love the history. Fully recommend to everyone..

We have just returned from an overnight stay. We had booked the suite ( coniston). Upon arrival we were quickly dealt with by reception. The hotel is running on a skeleton staff but all were helpful. Our suite wasnt ready but the happily stored our luggage so we could go into Blackpool and would call when it was ready which they did. The hotel itself is in a 10 min walk of the north pier and tower. From the outside it looks a little tired. The main door doesnt work and decor is dated. The suite however was very spacious. It stretched across 5 windows all tower facing with a great view. The only down side to this was the windows needed a good clean. The suite was modern and had 2 bathrooms a dining area a living area and bedroom. It was clean and tidy however there were noticable stains on the carpet and furniture which they had cleaned in the past. But overall was very pleasant. The bath was lovely nice and deep. We only paid 179 for the night when peak charge can be around 300 so i felt at this price it was worth it. The only thing that would of made it better and i would expect if paying top end would be a robe slippers and possible complimentary mini bar. The bed was very comfortable and the addition of a fan was welcomed. However no hairdryer! We didnt eat here as we ate at the beach house (highly recommended and it didnt dissapoint! )At this price point we would return again and plan to in the future.

Abbiamo fatto una breve pausa, il personale era grande. La stanza stessa era buona, anche se c'era un interruttore di luce rotto che abbiamo riportato alla ricezione. Questo era ancora da cambiare quando siamo partiti lunedì (sabato è stato riportato). I prezzi del bar sono stati tipici per un hotel e divertimento terminato il sabato alle 9:00, quando il cantante andava ad un altro hotel.

L'hotel è molto nuovo e la camera è pulita. La prima stanza è così fredda e così piccola perché è sul pavimento del tetto. Tuttavia, il personale gentile cambia la stanza per noi. La doccia è moderna ma il flusso d'acqua non è abbastanza forte. Non bevi acqua compiacente nella stanza.Il colazione è buono e pulito.

L'hotel è in una buona posizione sulla moda Lord Street di Southport. C'è un parcheggio pubblico vicino alla porta. Il personale era amichevole, e la nostra camera era senza scena pulita. Non c'è nessun ristorante nelle stanze, ma ci sono molti posti per mangiare in pochi passi. E abbiamo avuto una notte tranquilla.
