Premier Inn Blackburn Town Centre

We stay at this Premier Inn every couple of weeks and it's generally what you would expect from a Premier Inn. This one has been open about 5 years, and needs some TLC from Whitbread. The outside is white rendered, and very mossy, the sign above the door is broken, the kiosk at check in wasn't working, one of the two lifts was out of order and the air conditioning in the room didn't work properly although it cooled the room to what felt like sub-zero! We ate in the restaurant, food was good, staff polite, but not enough of them, this resulted in a long wait for food, and a discount. We weren't in a hurry, but others might of been. Other than the above we had a good night's sleep.

Myself and my family were attending an event nearby,hotel is great it’s right in the centre everything is close by.(carpark is free) we had dinner and would definitely recommend it’s affordable for the family, the food was delicious and the service was great by the lovely Casey and Declan who helped us with any questions we had and made us feel welcome. will be back again.

I was very impressed with the care taken in the restaurant with my gluten intolerance .The staff were extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean. As usual, the bed was very comfortable. Excellent value for money

Room was outdated, dirty and had a weird smell. The A/C wasn't working and the room got very hot and stuffy. The rooms needs deep cleaning and refurbishing. The towels had stains. Mattress was a bit dirty too. Very disappointed with this hotel as i have stayed here before and it was much better before. I wouldn't stay here again.

Excellent staff and very professional. Heating in my room had an issue and they offered to relocate us immediately to another room. excellent customer service. Hotel is literally opposite the Train Station and in the middle of the City Centre. Great selection og Breakfast Items with table service Will be staying here again
