the ****** was great. our room was okay, very dry and loud because we were near the elevator. The elevators took forever. They only had one working. They were very understaffed, which I understand but it did make dining and convenient. do not go to the Starbucks downstairs. The girls working were very nice but the manager was horrible. they were low on every type of food and coffee product and it was only 9 AM on a Sunday. parking was free and plentiful which was nice.

Elevators broken. Took 40 mins from checkin to get to the room to just drop off a bag and get an elevator back down.

The room was nice, but the air conditioner didn’t work. We didn’t get much sleep because of how hot it was and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

I booked this hotel under my name as I was shooting an elopement there in town, but myself and my client knew there was a possibility of an associate coming instead. That is what ended up happening to do medical reasons. My associate showed to the hotel at 9pm and was not let into the room that was fully paid because it was under my name. I called and talked with the woman working the front desk who was rude, crass, and spoke down to both my associate and I. She told us there was no way to remedy the situation as that was there policy, even though I was on the phone giving permission an was able to send over my I.D. She was instead sent down the road to a second hotel where she paid double the price of the original room. I now cannot get ahold of anyone through ******* on the matter. Overall this has been a horrible experience.

My reservation was for a suite king bed and when I got there they gave me 2 queen bed I spoke with the supervisor and he said that was the only room left they sold my room
I make a gateway with my husband and he was not happy about have 2 beds

Loved the hotel. Room was very comfortable. I felt safe. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to explain that the guest must use your room key to make the elevator go to the floor you want. I was in the elevator quite sometime before another guest getting on from the parking lot showed me what was wrong. Also Houseshoe seemed to be the only hotel on the ***** that didn’t offer valet during the weekdays. As for ****** restaurants, they were very short staffed the week before new years. And refused to let us sit at the bar to have a drink while we waited for a table. We spent the rest of our trip eating across the street at the Monarch hotel and ******.

Is a very nice property, rooms are very nice and clean but didn't have any hand soap, shampoo , conditioner or lotion like they had in the past. Some of the personalat the cashier desk were rude as were some of the table game workers.Other than that had a great time.

The Horseshoe is nice place to stay. We stayed at the lady Luvk thd night before and it had a bad smell, but the Horseshoe rooms were extremely clean and nice. Thd desk clerks, Horse shoeand lycky lady were outstanding!!!
