Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Bishop＇s Stortford

Lovely little hotel very close to Stanstead Airport. It was being refurbished unfortunatley, so had some issues with wifi, but I was upgraded to a double room immediartely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was missing a small fridge and a toilet brush, which should be stadard in a four star establishment.

Recently had the pleasure of celebrating a very special birthday with family at Down Hall and have to say the whole event was perfect-from the initial preparation and communication with the Private Events Team-thank you Amy and Zoe,to the actual event and overnight stay. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating-nothing was too much trouble and we were able to keep a whole range of ages happy for the whole weekend-from the 2 year old to the retired amongst us!Cerys,Thandie and Megan were really attentive for the event and food was lovely.We were blessed with fantastic weather on the Sunday and able to use the play area.tennis court,outdoor chess and enjoy the beautiful grounds-such a treat.Great accommodation as well-we could not have asked for anything more-it provided the wonderful memories we wanted to create.Thankyou.

Di solito controllo le recensioni dell'hotel molto attentamente, ma poiché questo è stato prenotato come parte di un pacchetto di parcheggio dell'hotel non mi dispiaceva- dopo tutto, siamo stati all'hotel solo per 8 ore ... Ho letto molte recensioni da allora e devo dire, non sono d'accordo con tutto. Il ricevitore era perfettamente bello e c'era un po' di rumore da altri ospiti durante la notte, ma niente di male. La stanza era pulita e il bagno era senza spot. La mia domanda era letto! Non mi sono reso conto di quanto fossi stato morso, perché i morsi iniziarono a materializzarsi solo dopo pochi giorni .... ma quando lo facevano, HOLY MOLY! (Mio marito non sembrava essere assolutamente ammalato, o se fosse, non mostrava segni) Tuttavia, mi fece assolutamente un pasto. Devo aver avuto tra 60 e 80 bit e dopo una settimana erano così cattivi ho bisogno di attenzione medica e un corso di steroidi per fermare la prurito. Non sono mai stato morso da lettini prima e non voglio più. Verificherò certamente tutte le recensioni dell'hotel da ora in poi, anche se è un soggiorno di notte veloce. Pensa molto attentamente prima di scegliere questo hotel!
