Recensioni su Stansted Airport Lodge

Great Lodge is close to the airport (58 mins walking or 14 mins by bus). I wanted a place in nature, and I was served : multiple public footpaths and hiking trail (see picture). The room was clean, spacious and warm. Didn't have soap or conditioner as mentioned, but I didn't need them since I had mine. Check-in and check-out were easy (a person was at the front desk). Thank you

The bottom sheet doesn't fit mattress. One of the beside lights was strobing, and you couldn't turn it off (thankfully, I sleep with a mask). I'd requested a room with a bath but got a shower. My flight was delayed, so I arrived after the reception was closed, so they left my key on the side with my details clear for all to see. What was worse, on the other side of the paper, were someone else's details! Thankfully, I'm a solo traveller cus I needed both pillows from my bed to not give myself a bad neck. Plus, traveling in the dark, it was hard to find the hotel itself as the lights were off

Good place for sleep. Bear to the airport.

The standard of this hotdl was very poor. I felt like i was zlready in a ***** world country. It was messy, noisy from the road , noisy from other people staying and no amenities. The only good thing in its favour was its location in relation to the airport and the friendly face at the reception.
