There is a big yard, with chairs and a table to use while you BBQ or just want to enjoy the evenings outside.Other things to note:The property is walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is also an amazing walking trail and the canal just a two-minute walk down the street. Bishop is also a great place to stay if you want to ski at Mammoth, but don't want to deal with the crowds and snow. The living room TV comes with basic cable & local HD channels.
