Hotel in zona Rudell The Jewellers, Birmingham

Secure Parking underneath complex, £12 for 24 hours. Staff on check in were very friendly and accommodating . Stayed in room 172 which was quiet and very big. Only small ****** was no plug sockets by the bed. Breakfast was good and the managers were very friendly and stopped at our table to ask how our stay was. We visited sealife and Lego discovery which were no more than a 15 minute walk away. The hotel is next to a cinema , bowling , climbing centre. Bar with crazy golf. We stayed on a Thursday and it was quite probably busier at weekend. Would definitely stay again.

L'hotel è facile da raggiungere e la posizione è eccellente, come si trova su Broad Street, vicino alla Brindley Place, che ospita una vasta gamma di bar e pub. Quindi se si visita Birmingham per avere un bevuto, una notte fuori o un'occasione speciale, questo hotel è perfetto. Inoltre, ci sono parcheggi sul sito dietro l'hotel che è molto conveniente, purtroppo il parcheggio non è scontato per gli ospiti che si fermano all'hotel. Dopo aver aspettato in una piccola coda, abbiamo cercato di entrare alle 14:30 (mezz'ora prima di controllare in “aperture”) ci è stato detto che la stanza non era pronta. Questo non era un problema perché avevano il deposito bagagli disponibili. Possiamo tornare a controllare alle 16:00 e la coda era orribile. Non ho mai visto una coda così grande come questa per controllare un hotel prima. Ci aspettammo 20 minuti fino a che non ci siamo accolti. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e ben attrezzata. Anche se ci erano tazze di caffè lasciate dietro Le tende sono state ingresse. La camera da letto era molto moderna e aveva una passeggiata in doccia. I letti erano incredibilmente confortevoli e avevano soccette di plug accanto al letto, che è un enorme plus, come non tutti gli hotel hanno questo. Fortunatamente, è stato un processo più rapido di check-out, perché si può solo ponire le chiavi nella casella di check-out espressa. In generale, un comodo soggiorno notturno nel cuore di Birmingham, purtroppo il check-in è stato orribile.

Il terzo hotel che ho prenotato durante il mio viaggio e l'unico in cui ho fatto il check-in senza problemi. Ci vogliono 15 minuti per raggiungere a piedi la stazione di Xinjie e devi attraversare la strada principale attraverso il passaggio sotterraneo. Il giorno dopo ho scoperto che c'era Chinatown dall'altra parte della strada, ma la zona circostante era relativamente deserta e ci volevano alcuni minuti per andare in un minimarket. Temevo che la stanza fosse piccola, quindi ho prenotato una camera doppia per poter buttare lo zaino. Invece mi è stata assegnata una stanza senza barriere architettoniche, che era molto grande, tuttavia il lavandino del bagno era adattato all'altezza di una sedia a rotelle e c'erano allarmi in ogni angolo, il che era un po' scomodo.

A prebooked and paid for room was changed 3 times on arrival. Wifi booked and paid for 2 people was only provided to one. However, the Assistant Manager and Team handled this and us with concern, professionalism and great client orientation, resolving the matters, and odffering complementary breakfast. Overall, and ultimately, it turned out a good stay

There is so much to unpack here when it comes to Selina Birmingham. Never again am I staying at this hellhole of a hotel. For a name like Selina, the hotel sure is nightmarish to stay at. It's shameful that the hotel shares the same name with my non-biological/cosplay partner. There is no breakfast but at least, the bedding, the pillows and the duvet are comfy (but most likely due to the fact that I’m tired) and the wi-fi is decent. Unfortunately, this is where the compliments stop, especially when the dorm rooms are so dark, you have to turn on the flashlight on your phone in order to see. Not to mention, there is no television in the room I was staying in. To make matters worse, the dorm room is cold, coupled with no heating. I honestly don't mind the cold most of the time but the room temperature is too cold for my liking. Speaking of the ground floor, the Korean receptionist told me that I'm not allowed to eat my food at a table at the cafe and told me to climb the stairs all the way to the third floor in order to eat my food. It isn't fair, considering the receptionist with the short, dark hair tends to allow me to eat my food at a table at the cafe during the very early hours of the morning. I eventually lost my patience and yelled at the Korean receptionist. It's rare when I lose my patience. I threatened in a growly voice with, ”I suggest you fill the pot noodle to the top with water unless you want a scathing, negative review to be blasted on the radio for everyone to hear?”. Finally, she got the memo. The rooms, bathrooms and toilets and facilities are unsanitary (for example, there are biscuit crumbs all over the bed sheets. I didn't know until I got out of bed), the entire hotel itself is not accessibility-friendly as if the lack of a lift and the staff not being accommodating towards disabled people such as myself isn’t of any indication, the kitchen and the kitchen equipment on the third floor are dirty, there is no hot water in some of the bathrooms within the dorm rooms, the bathrooms and the dorm rooms are shared (therefore, there is no privacy), the lights keep turning themselves off if you’re idle (I’m more used to turning on and off the lights on my own accord), you need to pay £10 for a padlock which is complicated for disabled people and the list goes on. The toilets, bathrooms, kitchen etc are just as dirty as Badea Faulkner and Olive Allison Brown from the Avanzar House in Middleton, Manchester not cleaning up after themselves. And don’t get me started on the staff being problematic. They aren’t very useful to the point where I had to shout at them due to their language barriers and them not listening to me, let alone understanding me. This is troubling for autistic people like me. Never in all my years have I encountered such frustrating hotel staff members. Compared to the other hotels I've stayed at in the past, the hotel staff in these hotels were never infuriating. If a lack of staff doesn’t tell you the appalling

This store is located near Snow Hill train station, surrounded by office buildings. There's a police station just 150 meters away, making it feel very safe. The hotel offers free breakfast; although the variety is limited, it's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning. The rooms are very spacious with great views. Additionally, the shower has strong water pressure, making the overall experience perfect. The price is also reasonable! I would stay here again next time.

Despite everything was clean and spot on, the hotel has these group of Asian Men who seem to not stay in the hotel but pay to use the pool, jacuzzi etc Those men are disgusting! They would stay and not leave for other people to use the jacuzzi/sauna while speaking very loud and staring at other people! One of them was peeling his feet in the pool and washing it off with the water in the jacuzzi. At a point the water in the Jacuzzi turned green! It was disgusting! I spoke to the receptionist who was able to do NOTHING about it. The staff member at the pool facilities called Ane-Marie was confrontational, rude and lack communication skills. Her attitude was so bad and was talking to people like she was a nursery teacher. The cleaner took my food in the room and when I asked they said it had been thrown away! It was a peri peri takeaway work over £40!. The receptionist was able to ask the chef to make us wraps if not me and my children would have starved through the night!. It was a wasteful 3 days stay! The breakfast was ok but the dining furnitures are old and outdated for that kind of hotel! The gentlemen at the reception were lovely and very helpful, the chef was amazing! Another lady was an Angel called Marita. If there is a game going on, Dont bother going out! The traffic is a living hell! As they also Park in the hotel car park. Overall i will not stay again.

Molto bene alloggio molto comodo e acqua calda, e in futuro penserà ad alloggiare.E'che la posizione lontana non mangia niente, se è più difficile mangiare merci.C'è una stazione di bus vicino.

The stay at Bromsgrove Hotel & Spar was a nice stay, receptionist was nice. The room was clean, big and comfortable had a nice tv and everything you need in the room. Only advice I would give to this hotel is prepare cups instead of paper ones. Apart from that everything was perfect. I would stay again.

Il personale era carino. La stanza era pulita e comoda. Avevamo una stanza di fronte al M6, quindi c'era un sacco di rumore dalla strada, che non è ideale, ma da aspettarsi sulla base della posizione. Se rimango, quando sono nella zona, probabilmente chiedo una stanza dall'altra parte dell'hotel. La stanza mancava il telefono, quindi quando dovevo chiamare la ricezione ho dovuto chiamare la linea di servizio clienti del Holiday Inn dal mio cellulare, che era un dolore, ma non c'era nessuna denuncia.
