HI, 超級差的經歷體驗。衞生環境一般，酒店內設施不完善。現在這個年代居然沒有安裝空調，衹提供了一台電風扇。然而，攜程上也沒有提及沒有空調。價格也不便宜，以後不會再入住這個酒店了。 Hi, it was a really bad experience. The hygiene and environment were just so-so, and the facilities in the hotel were not complete. It's hard to believe that there was no air conditioner in this day and age, only a fan was provided. However, there was no mention of the lack of air conditioning on Ctrip. The price was not cheap either. I won't stay at this hotel again in the future.

Staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Jack, who helped sort out a problem we had with no trouble. Hotel was clean and food, as always, was delicious. Location is perfect for local hotspots and quiet as it is not right on the main street, but still close by.

General overall experience was good. Room was clean and plenty big enough for family of 3. Staff were very helpful and the food was good. Had the evening meal and morning breakfast meal deal. Food works well for a 6 year old.

I stayed at Premier Inn and had a really good experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was especially comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. Shout out to Samira for great customer service just what you need after a long journey. Liv (manager) excellent example of lead by example i.e great relationship with his staff and helping out in the kitchen! Rohan for the boiled eggs, they were perfect! The location was convenient, with good access to transport and local amenities, will definitely be back again!.

I have had a pleasant experience during my stay at Premier Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, ready to answer questions and make the stay easier. Check-in and out is straightforward. The service at breakfast was fantastic, lots of food options.

The hotel/ room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, even by woken up by a few shouting but was to be expected by being so close to the town I still felt safe and fell straight back to sleep. Friendly service when we first arrived and felt welcomed by the team member who checked us in.
