Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre Bridge Street

It was a lovely hotel centrally located. Serviced a purpose. Lovely view of the canal from the window

Offering parking some 10 minutes away from the hotel is simply unacceptable. SDteering guests to use a dingy multi-story carpark in an unknown area with dimly lit stairwells and no working lifts is a real deal-breaker for me.

Perfect location for an event at the arena. Clean room, breakfast was great value for money, loads of choice and the hot option was good quality. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

I was charged twice for the hotel stay. The manager & reception were aware of this but didn't bother to tell me, the first I knew was when my bank emailed me later in the day to say my account had entered an unauthorised overdraft and charges will apply. The manager & the receptionist are aware of this and have said a refund has been arranged! That was nearly 2 weeks ago & I'm still waiting for the refund. The receptionist was unable to say how long refunds take so I asked her to find out & phone me back! I'm still waiting for that call AND my refund! It smacks of total disinterest & contempt for their customers!

I found we had a great stay it was clean and comfortable. The bed was lovely and comfortable so felt well rested.

Nice room, very clean and spacious, staff very friendly and helpful, would come again if visiting the area again, came to see take that, 10 min walk from Utilita arena and bullring, plenty of places to eat and drink around, nice views of the canal

Stayed here when went to a concert at arena, it's great as really near to venue. The outside and car park is a bit tacky but, the rooms and staff were great. I didn't eat there so I can't comment on that!!. There is a cineworld and nandos across the road as well.

Great location, quiet and well run. Only the warm room was an issue. The windows don't open far and no air-con.

Good value - large spacious and very clean room. Pleased to have a bath and huge comfortable bed. Despite the city centre location, the rate was very reasonable. Friendly, helpful and speedy check in. I arrived later than expected, and would have given full five stars, but the approach (on foot) alone was a little dark - obviously irrelevant if driving or arriving earlier in the day. I was a little nervous, but then received a lovely, friendly welcome and was able to check in (and out the next day) quickly. Really good value.
