Please do recommend this hotel to someone if you want to DESTROY their holiday.
The overall experience is very bad. The service of the hotel is horrible.
There is no bin bag in the room, and the bedding is dusty which led me allergic. Only one bottle of water is provided in the fridge, tea bags are not enough. The bathroom provided two conditioners and no shampoo, and they provided a new correct alternative after 40 mins. They firstly found an “3 in 1” alternative that is only offered in 3-star hotels. Then I found the shower gel is totally empty when I was taking the shower!!! Just don’t want to waste time to wait for their terrible service, so I used the “3 in 1” for shower.
When we were checking out, the receptionist was disrespectful, not even having the most BASIC respect between people. This is the worst receptionist I have ever met over travelling 10+ countries in the world.
Impatient and unprofessional service, persisted to charge us for a late checkout (only late for 30 mins) even the system didn’t say anything. Rudeness, interrupted us without any gesture or words to pick up the call when we were in the middle of the conversation. Annoyed and bothered, even sighed at our very reasonable request, never seeing any smile from him.
It feels like it is USELESS to complain to the manager. The manager said he will train the staff again, which is exactly the same words as mentioned in the review on the their website I saw.
