Il personale era davvero cordiale, la camera in sé non era molto pulita e il lavandino perdeva, il gabinetto continuava a gorgogliare per tutta la notte e ovviamente non può essere d'aiuto, ma la posizione significava che la notte era molto rumorosa.

Didn’t enjoy the breakfast the eggs wasn’t that good and the bacon was too tough for my liking and also my keys were giving trouble on the second day. But everything else was fine

Unfortunately not very clean. No glasses or cups in our room and made us pay for water. Probably the most bar minimal effort travelodge I have stayed in. See why it is 2 stars.

Il personale era molto cordiale e accogliente. Il check-in posticipato non è stato un problema. La camera era pulita e confortevole con tutto l'essenziale e un letto comodo. La posizione è perfetta a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Birmingham. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno fantastico e lo consiglierei a chiunque voglia visitare Birmingham.

Ottimo servizio da parte di uno staff davvero adorabile, in particolare Bert, Shanaz e Niel nel bar e il giovane che ci ha fatto il check-in sabato. Le camere erano pulite e accoglienti, la colazione era deliziosa e il servizio era buono tutto intorno. Ritornerei sicuramente se venissi a Birmingham
