Wonderfull Rooms, nice staff, clean, Prices are ok

Hotel listing says parking available but this was only Valet parking @ 38$. Street parking was difficult before 6pm when people started leaving work and places were easier to find. Meter payment after 8am to 6pm. Bit of a hassle if listing did not say parking was available I would have given it more attention ahead of time. Otherwise all good.

The hotel was beautifully designed. The staff and customer service was awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was nice, bed comfortable, bathroom spacious. No microwave or fridge but overall, I would definitely stay again.

Staff was great. Check-in easy. The only negative thing that I can say is that the Kitchen staff did not show up on 3/2/24 or 3/03/24. So dinner or breakfast. wE HAD TO ORDER OUT.

Let's starts with the basics. I booked this hotel for ONE reason. It has a full restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner and was close to a local event I had to attend at 8. It SEEMED like the perfect location for my stay and needs. So I check in Saturday around 2pm. Upon check in we're told that the restaurant would be opening at 5pm. We took us a nap, woke up at 6pm to go down to the restaurant for dinner, JUST TO BE TOLD THE RESTAURANT WON'T BE OPENING TONIGHT ONLY THE BAR WITH NO FOOD. So we try to hurry and walk to a local food establishment and found HELEN'S restaurant at 7pm. Had to spend $200 on a dinner we never should have had to search for. Cut ran us late for our event so I had to get everything prepared as a Togo order. Just to get to the event and have to throw it away. Next morning, Sunday. We go down for breakfast YEY AGAIN THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED AND IT'S CARRY OUT ONLY THIS TIME. We waited for 48 minutes to make a to go order and finally said forget it enough is enough and went and packed out stuff. Mind you, the walls in this place are paper thin, we were in the ELEVENTH floor and could still hear every sound alllll the way down on the ground OUTSIDE because the hotel was letting people liter and drink up front by the doors. Music blaring all night long. People knocking on our door not even 5 minutes after we arrived. I WOULD HAVE RATHER STAYED IN A RUN DOWN HOTEL THEN EVER STAY HERE AGAIN .

Service was good but the hotel needs a lot of work. The carpet in our room was filthy. We kept our socks on because we didn’t want to get our feet dirty! The bed is basically on a wood frame on the floor. Whenever you moved it made loud noises. Lots of fast cars and loud noise all around the hotel. Would not stay there again.

I am a Hilton rewards member but i booked on hotels this time because it was cheaper. I have never waited for my room to be ready before at Hilton. Almost 2 hours this time

Staff were very friendly and helpful from front desk to valet to bar - thank you for your outstanding service! Large, spacious bathroom, bed was comfortable. Restaurant area was a little dated - limited menu. Lovely service, though! Valet was very responsive/fast to get my vehicle - especially at 3 AM!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The halls are noisy since they are tiled and not carpeted. Room was modern and bathroom was very nice!
