Premier Inn Birkenhead Town Centre

It’s clean and the staff are so accommodating. What I don’t like is when we are about to have breakfast we won’t able to have due we’re not able to secure booking for breakfast. Which we asked beforehand.

I was here for work and couldn’t have had a better stay! All the staff on shift between 1st and 3rd were incredible! I’m writing this a day early of my check out because I already know they’ll be amazing tomorrow too. They were the kindest bunch of people and as a manager I’d be proud to say they were part of my team! Room was spotless and food was great too!

Following on from Andy E review from Hay on Way,we had exactly the same experience,no air in the room as no opening windows,mouldy stains on the walls,USB didn’t work,the pillows smelt stale,the food in the restaurant was inedible,we had an evening meal which was awful,I had lasagna which was like a dish of slop & my husband had fish & chips,the fish was overcooked infact the batter was clearly burnt & hard to chew,the chips tasted as if they had been warmed up & the garlic bread was tasteless & dry. The only positive was the bed was comfy & the staff were friendly. We paid £99 for that rubbish for 1 night & that didn’t include breakfast! The breakfast was a bit better,but they were short staffed & not the usual cook apparently,he was trying his hardest,but we all had to wait while he cooked fresh as it was all overcooked & dry. I always rated premier inns as being good value,but not this 1.
