Hotel a 3 stelle a Bintulu

Ho controllato molto tardi alla notte, in attesa di un buon sonno notturno. Tuttavia, la materna era piuttosto dura. Per un letto di grandezza re, c'erano solo due pizzi. Era tirando e girando tutta la notte. Passato mezzanotte, all'improvviso c'era un allarme di fuoco. Ho presentato un’allarme “falsa” mentre dopo era silenziosa. L’ariacon era anche abbastanza fredda. Il giorno dopo ho notato che sembrava una tintura di sangue sul tubo. Più punti sono le generose quantità di acqua potabile e sacchetti di caffè e tè. I punti di potenza sono anche al letto.

Situazione fantastica. Nessuna spiaggia. E questo è il caso. L'hotel non è mantenuto in alcun modo, limitato ad essere insicurezza. Camere sporche, attrezzature non in buona ordine e non funzionano. Il personale è quanto più utile possibile. Ma ovviamente limitato da cattiva gestione. Ho chiesto a un membro del personale se sono felici di lavorare lì. Non potevano rispondere. Non raccomandato. Sta diventando una vergogna per lo Stato di Sarawak. Rimanete a Bintulu o Miri e viaggiate se dovete lavorare in e intorno al Parco Industriale di Samalaju.

Rimasto nella suite per due notti e il viaggio è per lavoro. Durante la stagione di picco del nuovo anno cinese. Il ristorante dell'hotel è completamente prenotato. Ha fatto una richiesta di servizio in camera di una semplice zuppa e riso. Il manager dell'hotel era veloce a organizzare. La semplice cena cinese del nuovo anno è meravigliosa. Grazie per essere così accogliente.

It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

The lift needs repair, every time use it gotta standby stand n hold something baik baik when it arrived floor. Air very very small on second night stay

The hotel was decently well kept and service standard live up to a 3 star hotel. The only area that may require a little improvement is the complimentary breakfast. It has only 2 choices for breakfast, either toast bread and alternating between fried kway teow, meet and fried rice on each day. Suggest to add porridge and carrot cake too.

Overall, Wiwo Hotel exceeded all my expectations with its top-notch facilities and beautifully appointed rooms. We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room. The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.

I loved the cleanliness and it's location where this hotel is allocated in Bintulu town. Not only that, eateries were just nearby. I don't have to worry to hunt for food.
