I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share my feedback regarding my experience. Firstly, I must commend the quality of the hotel room itself. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future. Despite this issue, I would consider staying at your hotel again, given the positive aspects of my visit. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Facile parcheggiare e hotel vicino alla stazione PETRONAS.

I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar.

Only the air conditioner can't be adjusted.

Adoro la pulizia e la posizione in cui questo hotel è assegnato nella città di Bintulu. Non solo, i piatti erano appena vicini. Non ho bisogno di preoccuparmi per cacciare alimenti.

We are greeted by nice staff that makes the registration so fast n efficient. However, upon checking-in, we found out the door to the rooms were not working properly n the phones not working but no towels were readied in the room. The rooms overall need to be refurbished to make them more conducive and all the equipment especially the air cons should be in good working order.

La stanza è situata a 50 chilometri a est di Pullu. Il pullman richiede RM150, il software pullman richiede 110-150.La maggior parte dei conducenti di taxi sono cinesi che possono comunicare direttamente.La reception diretta è più conveniente, non può pagare con il cellulare, deve usare la carta Visa o il contante.Tornate a Pullu non è buono per combattere.
