The room overall iis quite cleaned, not as spacious as other hotels. Another thing which I do not like is the view, there is no view except the opposite tower of the hotel (another building of the hotel) and room lighting is actually dim. Breakfast was alright, normal hotel food

Nice for travel

Very good hotel. Excellent service. Affordable promotion price through Trips.com apps. Thank you Trips.com. I have some suggestions: 1. The hotel need to change the water heater for boiling drinking water. Because the smell of plastic from the Faber water boiler can effect customer health. 2. Water heater at the bathroom is not functioning. 3. No security on duty to control the car parking place infront the hotel. This cause the traffic flow to the hotel lobby congested. Some cars parked at the wrong space at the corner. This make other car cannot go through to the lobby. The traffic flow being narrow. Otherwise this hotel is good hotel to stay.

The frontliner is great and friendly. The hotel have a nice smell. All is good. But the carpet was not properly vacum and got water ponding on the toilet floor after taking bath and stain on the floor. Room is small but cozy. The bed is comfortable

Just stayed at Green Hotel, and it was a five-star experience from check-in to check-out! The staff was incredibly friendly, the room was spotless, and the amenities were top-notch. Highly recommend for a cozy and comfortable stay.

Room clean and comfy. Amenities also good, But front counter not friendly. There's a guy who seems impatient when ask questions. At the breakfast hall, there's no one attending at entrance, i went in and get my food. After sitting down, she ask me infront of all other guest if I'm a guest from the hotel and asked for my room number (her voice is not harsh, but every other guests nearby could hear it. I know it's a me problem, but i don't like being suspected if there are many other people around).

I am the regular customer of this hotel and first time i experienced i cant check in half and hour earlier even their room is ready. i felt very uncomfortable and not welcome by them. The front desk only giving the reason oh this is all sytem all system. i truly felt disappointed not because we are not able to pay that little money is the way we felt unwelcome by them. building getting old and the wall paper start to get torn. the room i stay air con fans very little even i put it to the max. i felt very warm and not comfortable. however the trainee of the front desk is polite and helpful but not the manager in charge. she is so arrogant and not settle client's problem. I believe no more next time. bye bye
