Nice and modern hotel located in the city center of Bintulu

Great hotel and easier to find food, also enjoy cinema with lowest price in the same building.

I love this hotel . The staff was friendly plus the location was very strategic. Near shopping mall and there’s variety restaurant .

Good place to stay in general. Clean environment, ample parking space

External look of hotel is good but the room itself is old and stuffy, but location wise is good.

This is 1st time check in at Bintulu Town. So far this properties is good & middle of town. For facilities & amenities okay. Just comment the staff when request the thing quite late respond & have to call 2 3 times to double check again. For cafe, need to add on staff or help staff at cafe to make sure food enough for breakfast.

Poorly maintained property. Ac not working in most rooms. Wobbly and leaking taps in bathroom. Not recommended!

Average room. Constant noises from the air conditioner and toilet. Breakfast isn’t nice.

Very nice hotel. But the parking lot not too much.

Overall is all good. Request changing room type also allow.

The room overall iis quite cleaned, not as spacious as other hotels. Another thing which I do not like is the view, there is no view except the opposite tower of the hotel (another building of the hotel) and room lighting is actually dim. Breakfast was alright, normal hotel food
