Right at the town center of Bintulu. Easy access to all eatery outlets nearby. Ample public car parking lots. Good room setup with high quality towels. However must replace all existing pillows that out of shape.

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

We had a good stay. The room was clean and spacious. The washroom was also spacious, except we had to request for a bin in the bathroom by ourselves. We also had to request for face towels as it was not provided. But other than that, the room was good. As for the breakfast, the varieties are quite good. The tastes could use some improvement but overall, they are good. Location-wise, one of the best spots, surrounded by local food and amenities. Especially close to Farley, so that’s good.

The location is very convenient. Close to convenient store, shops and easy access to bank. The food was so-so. but overall, my stay was okay.

Like the locations,, many food outlets around the vicinity as well as convenience store. Price reasonable with breakfast, which just got quite good varieties.

Everything is good especially location. I hope they will improve the cleanliness of their bathroom shower screen. It’s quite dirty ! Pictures were taken immediately l checked into the room.

Stay here few times already, location wise is good, room just so si only but still comfortable

Overall was excellent. Love the vibe! Breakfast superb and various choice. Only thing they need to improve is the cleanliness of the toilet especially on the shower divider.
