Hotel in zona Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, Bintulu

I have booked this hotel for our staff who has a business trip at Bintulu. This is one of the our staff favorite hotel when they have a job at Bintulu. The hotel was so clean and comfortable. Surrounded by food center, laundry and groceries shop. Their staff also friendly and help full. So far I never received any bad feedback from our staff. Most of them like this hotel so dar.

Am a frequent Trip.com traveller and found this beatiful hotel in Bintulu during my busines visit. I would recommend this for a number of key factors: 1) Strategic Location 2) Cosy & Comforting Atmosphere 3) Wide spread of Breakfast (and delicious, particularly there Bubur is a must try). I would not dwell on the negatives because they are very irrelevant to address here. Will sure to visit again. Thumbs up 👍

One of the best parts of my stay was the stunning view from my room, which overlooked the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. It was the perfect backdrop for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant environment for my stay. The amenities and facilities within the room met my expectations, and the overall ambiance contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. However, I encountered an issue with the water supply in the room. The water pressure was not strong enough, which made showering and using the sink somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the water temperature was not consistently hot; it tended to fluctuate, and at times, it was uncomfortably cold. This aspect of my stay was disappointing, as having a reliable and comfortable water supply is essential for a satisfactory hotel experience. I believe addressing this issue would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I trust that this feedback will be taken into consideration, and I hope to see improvements in the future.
