Perfectly located with an easy 15 minute drive into Byron Bay and it's world famous beaches, restaurants, shops and music venues and a short drive to the many national parks and quaint hinterland villages, including Newrybar, Federal, Clunes and Mullumbimby. An area rich in music, art , yoga, and all creative pursuits as well as world class festivals including the Writers Festival, Blues Festival, Splendour in the Grass, International Film Festival , Flickerfest to name a few. This modern , freshly renovated accommodation is full of charm and individuality. The bedroom has a Q/S bed and single bed with quality linen and towels. Please note that if you require the single bed, your booking must be made for 3 people (even if only 2 guests are staying) and this extra bed incurs an added fee of $30 per night.The apartment has Reverse cycle air conditioning, block out curtains, electric blankets. Quality hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner is supplied. The apartment includes iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, hairdryer, fire alarms, fire extinguisher, torches, board games, cards, new large flat screen TV with Chromecast. There is no stove/oven but the kitchennette includes tea/coffee, sugar, milk, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plunger coffee pot, kettle, all new crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils. There is a private outside deck area overlooking garden and rainforest views. Laundry facilities available for those on longer stays. There is a gas bbq on your deck .Beach towels supplied. Pathways throughout the property lead through native bush, lawned areas with gardens, fruit trees , acres of rainforest and a lemon myrtle orchard. Rest and relax in this private peaceful green oasis with a soundtrack of birds in the day, wild life at night and spectacular starry nights.The hosts are a well travelled expat couple in their seventies who have recently returned from 15 years abroad working in both Jordan and Cambodia. They love meeting people from all cultures and walks of life but equally respect your privacy.Please note this accommodation is not suitable for children under 10. Guests have their own off street car park (not undercover), with designated pathway to their private entrance...Room has small deck overlooking the in ground swimming pool.This accommodation consists of a recently renovated large light filled bedroom with queen size quality bed, tea/ coffee facilities, bar fridge, reverse air conditioning, overhead fan, and modern ensuite bathroom. It is locked off from the main house but is part of the main residence. It has it's own entrance, and parking space from where you follow the garden pathway (guided by lights at night) to your apartment. You will have use of the in ground pool set in the lush rain forest right in front of your guest suite.The entire guest suite has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated throughout.The new queen size bed is of the highest quality guaranteeing a good nights sleep. There is a bar fridge with kettle, coffee and tea available.PLEASE NOTE: This is strictly for NON SMOKERS inside and outside ( both cigarettes and vapes). Accommodation for maximum of two people. There is NO kitchen facilities nor a living area- this is a guest suite with bathroom and bedroom only.We cannot accept children under 12 years old nor pets because the accommodation is not suitable. Also be aware that this accommodation, although private and locked off, is in the main house and that there may be some "living" noise as Peter and Gill go about their quiet lives . We totally respect your privacy. However, we are on hand should you require information or advice on local restaurants, cafes, Pubs, walks, cycles routes and other leisure activities. Peaceful...rural farmland setting. Across from our property is a cattle farm and our other neighbours are on acreage ensuring a peaceful stay.Guest Access:The large gardens and property is for your enjoyment. Pathways connect rain forested and garden areas which also include fruit trees, lawns, small lemon myrtle plantation.Laundry facilities available by arrangement for longer stays. No other areas in the main house are shared areas. Please note.. there is no living area nor kitchenette.
