Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Condizionamento d'aria. Personale di alloggio. Mi piace la vista dalla veranda. L'ornamento di Natale del ponte aggiunge ai confortevoli sentimenti della stagione. Le auto sono state arredate per fermarsi e prendere foto con le famiglie. Il bagno dell'hotel è anche uno a notare, il suo pulito!!! Il servizio in camera è solo fino alle 11 pm. Purtroppo, mi aspettavo un toast francese per perdere la mia mattina. Le 2 tazze di toast francese con 3 pcs di salsa di Vienna manca il gusto di sciroppo di carpa. Sembrava triste. Spero che possano migliorare in questo senso.

Attualmente sono qui al Monarch Hotel in Calasiao... e finora lo amiamo! Mia figlia ha goduto della piscina, amo la stanza, è abbastanza grande per 3 ospiti...probabilmente proverò la suite la prossima volta 😊 e, naturalmente, il servizio clienti è fantastico! Spero che non cambierà in futuro. Quando dico che domani sarà hahaha Big grazie a Mel, penso che sia un manager perché ha l'aura di un manager... molto benvenuto, caldo e empatico. Grazie anche a Vhea (spero di avere il suo nome giusto) per averci fatto entrare con tutti i sorrisi e la gentilezza.

Stavo per una notte a Lenox Dagupan durante un viaggio di fine settimana. Il personale era cortese, utile e accogliente. Il check-in è stato fatto in cinque minuti. La stanza e la camera da letto erano puliti. Lino fresco con letto confortevole e, il mio preferito, le mutandine fluffy (come se fosse nuovo) . Buona connessione a Internet. Molto lavoro d'arte interessante anche in hotel. Può migliorare ulteriormente l'eliminazione del suono dall'esterno. In generale, lo consiglierei molto per i viaggiatori di famiglia e di business.

Very good modern hotel, done out very tastefully and with lovely staff. It has a good location in the town center, close to the iconic church shrine, and places to eat and small shops. The free parking is another plus, as is the diligent and professional security. Filipino breakfast also very nice. The WiFi is fast and TV choices OK. Just one thing is letting it down - if you are looking for a nice hot shower late at night or early in the morning, forget it. There does not seem to be any hot water at those times, and it’s lukewarm at best for the remainder. We asked about that, but received non-commital reply that everything was running ok and the maintenance staff was on day off on a Sunday. If we wanted they would give us a bucket of hot water to wash with. Sorry, but guests paying for a hotel like this, which isn’t a budget outfit, expect hot water. Maybe it’s trying to save money I don’t know (some sort of system can be heard running around 5 in the morning and warm water is on tap around an hour or two later). But either way, would only return again if that issue is fixed. So, great place with a bit of an issue with its hot water. Its excellent staff ensure a high score, despite its shortcomings which are definitely a management / ownership issue.

Wonderful stay at the Palm. Came for a Valentine’s getaway and it really exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s quite new, very well designed, with two great pools, great staff and good dining and drinking options. It’s also peaceful,and tranquil - very relaxing. Rooms are good size, with pools view and nice breeze, and each with its own balcony. Overall security is very good, and there is plentiful parking. It’s near Lin***en, although would be great for anyone as this part of Pangasinan doesn’t have anything approaching this level of quality and environment. It isn’t that cheap, but represents outstanding value for money. Looking forward to visiting it again. Really well done!
