Hotel in zona Toko Mas Paten, Binjai

First, they gave me room that is not like I put in my note. The first room was so hot and I got to be moved to other room in high floor. The AC was working and everything was fine, except the closet doesn’t have bidet and the hot water is not working.

It's good hotel, clean and they have a really good staff, nice hospitality and warmest welcome. Although this hotel is cheap but good, you try it by yourself then you will know. Thanks miss Rina for helping me so much. Guys when you need something, find miss Rina and she will help you with heart. Choose this hotel because is in the middle of town, really near by airport train station, bus and all public transportation.

Questo hotel con catena di fama a livello mondiale potrebbe essere una delle migliori scelte per soggiornare a Medan. Ha una piscina al tetto che vede la città di Medan. Tuttavia, il bagno deve essere pulito correttamente come il sporco sul muro. Dal momento che è classificato come hotel 4 stelle, dovrebbe prendersi cura della pulizia del bagno e anche della parete della stanza. Per ottenere cibo locale come il famoso Bakso e Ucok Durian, il turista può ottenere camminando o prenderlo.

Stavo qui per il mio viaggio d'affari. La connessione Wifi mi ha sostenuto molto mentre stavo organizzando riunioni online. Questo appartamento di servizio è completamente arredato. Hanno una camera da letto spaziosa. Il servizio del personale è stato fantastico e molto utile. Situato nel centro di Medan, rende facile raggiungere ovunque per il mio viaggio d'affari. Appartamenti molto consigliati a Medan.

Recensioni alcuni punti da altri viaggiatori. Scegli questo hotel per visitare la città medan. La stanza è odore e hk non cambia letti da letto o caso di pillow. Non sostituisce le strutture igienici. non rulla tessuto finché non devo uscire dalla loro sala HK. La pressione dell'acqua era troppo lenta. La colazione era così.. solo i 💕 è kelupis.. Il allenatore era così efficace per pulire la tavola anche se non avete finito il vostro pasto ancora 🥴... Uno dei dipendenti dovrebbe essere riconosciuto sinceramente perché ho lasciato la borsa nei ristoranti e lei ha tenuto la mia borsa. Grazie! .. Concierge deve cambiare ai giovani. Non guardare tutti gli ospiti strani.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Stavo per soggiornare durante la stagione di EID, prenotato per 10 camere. Il manager, il signor Saut Purba, è stato molto utile nel aiutare le mie prenotazioni. Ha cercato di soddisfare la mia richiesta, come la sala di connessione e lo stesso livello di piano, perché sono rimasto con la mia grande famiglia. La miglior sorpresa era la sala di aggiornamento al decimo piano per me stesso. Grazie mille! Il signor Saut ha anche assistito a organizzare la sorpresa di compleanno per mio fratello, alcuni agenti ci stanno unendo per colpire la sua stanza con una bella torta di gioia e desideri. Il colazione era eccellente, il cibo è delizioso, me e la mia famiglia lo amavano. Questo hotel ha servito diverse opzioni sul loro buffet colazione. Questo hotel aveva anche una bella piscina, non era grande ma pulito e sicuro per i bambini. Il personale del front office è magnifico durante il check-out.Infine, grazie per un soggiorno così memorabile. :-)

Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5

siamo stati qui due giorni dopo una questione di famiglia a jakarta. la guardia di sicurezza è stata di grande aiuto portando la mia auto nel loro parcheggio? la receptionist, anche lei molto premurosa, la signora Mashuri, mi offre un piatto vuoto per cenare all'aperto. Grazie
