This is the 4th time I've stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Folkestone, but the cost of this booking was hugely more than I've had to pay before. The hotel is fine, and the buffet breakfast is excellent, opening at 6am, allowing an early start on Le Shuttle.

Always stay here before or after Chunnel trip. Staff are so friendly and room is comfy, particularly beds and pillows. Food is quite basic but good enough for a single night stay.

After a long drive, arriving at the hotel was welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and staff very amenable. Reasonably good breakfast and very close proximity to the channel tunnel. Very good value for money!

Good clean modern rooms. Friendly staff and good simple bar and restaurant and cooked breakfast.
Only gripe is £20 pet fee which is excessive

Overnight stay before an early shuttle crossing. Nothing to complain about. Huge , very comfortable bed. Good shower. Ate dinner in restaurant, limited choice but good food. Good value. Will use again

Simply outstanding. We stayed in one of the lodges and it’s was beautifully laid out with everything we needed. We had the kids with us so went to the pool and then the Mediterranean restaurant. Awesome service great food. The falconer and the ferret feeding the next day was the icing on the top. Well worth the drive from London.
