I had to attend a meeting the day after my stay and it was nice to just get up and go. Some of the building needs a little repair, but otherwise it was great.

TV quit working after awhile but the weather was below zero so could have been the service. Clock/radio/alarm was broken.
Shuttle driver and night desk clerk were super helpful. Nice hotel.

It was a great area for Billings and hospitable. Cleanliness was prevalent in the room and by the cleaning staff in the morning crew. Floor and bathroom was clean enough to feel comfortable walking around without NEEDING socks on. Nice atmosphere and felt safe. Staff was efficient and accurate in answering all my questions being first time travelers.

Always a wonderful time with the family enjoying the pool and water slides! Staff is nice! Hotel is clean. Our first choice of hotels in Billings!

Only problem I had with handicap room was the bathroom. Wasn’t accessible in any way, had a sliding door which was hard for my mom to open and shut and it went off track. Bathroom was very small. No room for a wheel chair or even a walker

Without exception, the staff were knowledgeable, extremely helpful, warm and always professional. In large part, I attribute the success of my organization's presentation in the meeting facility to the great support, accommodations and services that the hote'l staff provided.

This place is fabulous! Great rates! Awesome lounge with great bartender named Dez. Rooms were clean. It really had everything I needed . And the coffee from the shop was outstanding!!

The hotel was old and not updated like it stated. There was hair all over the room. Tons of mold in the bathroom and crumbs all over the carpet. I was NOT impressed!
