Hardware is all fine and staff are friendly, but the ability for them to understand English is harder than I thought. If you need to book a taxi to airport or something crucial in terms of timing, better double check. Also, they got a nice small kitchen with disherwasher and washing machine. They provide all detergents for both. However, they don't have basic salt, pepper and edible oil. Microwave is nice and quick to have.

酒店位置優越，附件步行5分鐘就有家很大的超市，上山的升降機站也在邊上，古根海姆美術館就在河對岸，房間的設施齊全完善！

Hotel liegt in sehr zentraler Lage. Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Leider wird bei der Buchung angegeben, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist, das stimmt aber nicht. Rezeptionistin war sehr hilfsbereit und gab uns ein kostenloses Upgrade.

Fully equipped studio with kitchen and laundry utilities. Everything in perfect condition. Modern and cosy studio. Close to airport shuttle (1 stop, 20 minutes). Located 100 meters from Zubizurri bridge. Guggenheim and Casco Viejo right around the corner.
Quiet stay and friendly staff.
We spent four nights here and felt at home.

This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!
