It develops over the first floor and the attic. On the first floor it offers a living room with a cooking corner (dish washer and microwave), Sat-TV and single sofa bed, 1 bathroom with window, a washing machine and a shower box, bedroom with double and single bed, second bedroom with single bed, safe, 2 balconies (one of them with fire place). In the attic it offers a bedroom with double and single bed, bathroom with shower box (no window). Covered parking place in garage.
