The hotel looks fresh and clean, really liked the sea and surf decor in the lobby. The room is fairly basic but pleasant, clean and spacious. Having a little balcony looking out towards the sea was super nice. Liked that there was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. The location is a bit of a walk from the city centre, but really close to a very nice beach. Breakfast out on the terrace was lovely, especially loved the fresh oj. Coffee wasn’t great tho.

Good stay, a short walk to the beach, clean and helpful staff.

Atrocious dinner service; I asked twice for water, but it was never brought. I had to ask a third time. We ate all of our starters without any of our ordered drinks (wine or water) delivered. Awful breakfast service on the first morning. In a busy environment, the logical layout of where plates and cutlery are kept (also a large distance apart) is completely nonsensical and the staff were very slow to replenish breakfast supplies during peak breakfast time. At 9.05 am, a cleaner knocked on the door! Ludicrously early. We shouted to ask them to leave. At 2.52 pm, a male staff member unlocked the door and promptly walked into the room without invitation while my partner was in bed, unclothed. This was grossly unacceptable. On that basis, you absolutely must not stay at this hotel. There is a serious safety issue here. This hotel is the "Fawlty Towers" of Biarritz, except nobody is laughing.

Después de las 10.00 no se puede tomar ni un café en el hotel, y la cena a partir de las 21.00 no sirven. Para ser un hotel que no está centrico, deberían dar mas facilidades para desayunar si no quieres el buffet de 15€ que te ofrecen. Para aparcar está bien y gratuito. Para ir al centro 1km. Nuestra habitación estuvo genial y limpia. La cama de 2 metros

Di passaggio in zona ci siamo fermati una notte nell'hotel Ibis Style Biarritz Plage. Lontano dal centro città ma comunque fattibile con una piacevole passeggiata di 20 minuti (10 min per le prime spiagge). Comodo e incluso nel prezzo, il posteggio. Posteggi pubblici in zona a pagamento. Accoglienza e presentazione hotel eccellente. Personale top! Camera, con vista mare, piacevole e pulita ma bagno con un wc piccolo e basso, risulta molto scomodo. Colazione con vari prodotti abbastanza buoni ma quando siamo arrivati avevano ancora tantissimi tavoli ancora da sparecchiare. Nel 20 minuti di colazione non ho quasi mai visto sistemare un tavolo o controllare se al buffet ci fosse tutto. Peccato perché la vista dalla sala colazione era piacevole. Nel prezzo della camera è prevista l'entrata per un centro SPA nelle immediate vicinanze, ma le recensioni erano così negative che abbiamo preferito evitare (serve la cuffia). In totale ho speso ben 172 euro (metà settembre, 1 notte, due persone con colazione). Nel suo insieme, nonostante il personale ottimo, ritengo sia un costo eccessivo per la tipologia di camera e servizi offerti.

Nice location and pleasant folks working there. Calm and restful, you can hear the ocean when the window’s open Breakfast buffet is very nice. The electric bus can pick you up at 300m from the hotel right to the center of Biarritz.

We arrived Hotel Le Biarritz in the middle of the night, desperate to get a room for the night for 2 adults and 3 kids, due to our originally booked apartment hotel next door gave us cardkeys that were not activated upon arrival. The reception was closed and the telephone number in case of "emergency" was turned off after midnight. We were warmly welcomed by a very nice man, unfortunately I do not remember his name. We got 2 rooms with a very good discount and the 3rd room for free. The children were hungry, so we asked if we could buy some snacks. He offered us pancakes. He went to the kitchen and came out with a trey full of pancakes, yoghurts, and 3 different sorts of cakes and water. He also asked if we wanted breakfast in the morning, but we were not sure we would make it in time, so he told us we can have the breakfast for free. We also had access to the pool the day after. Unfortunately we didn't have time to try it. Our rooms were small, but nice and clean. (I see from the pictures on their website that they have bigger rooms with balcony). In the morning we got breakfast while the kids were still sleeping. We then got a little basket we could bring to the room with full of croissants for the kids. If it wasn't for the already paid apartment hotel, we would have stayed in hotel Le Biarritz for the rest of our stay in Biarritz. We have never ever experienced such a nice welcoming and service in any other hotel we have stayed at before and strongly recommend this hotel for the service and location. It is located near the beach, 5 min walk. 10 min walk to the grocery store and other nice restaurant. The bus stop is also located right outside the hotel. You can also walk all the way to the city on a sidewalk right by the beach. We would definitively one back to hotel Le Biarritz.

Internet was useless. Had to use 4G. Breakfast was disappointing. Arrived at 09 (1hour before breakfast closed) and most of the food was empty. Had some dry croissants and went out. No pool at the hotel. Looks like it on the pictures, but that is the spa down the street that hotel guests have access to. Rest was OK. Did not try the resturant due to the level of the breakfast. Free parking included which is a plus, but since the hotel is not located in city center this would not be an issue anyways.

Everything was perfect. The Entrance was on the opposite Road. The Sunset on the Terasse of the Restaurant nearby was great. Personal was ver friendly and the Room very clean. There are a lot of private Parking Spaces without wxtra cost. Every Time again.

The hotel was clean and had free on site parking. The reception staff were excellent and were able to provide extensive information in French or English. The room, whilst not large, was clean and serviced well although the balcony was not really big enough to be of much use. A kettle was provided and tea bags and coffee sachets but no milk. The choice of dinner in the restaurant was very limited and there was no water on our table. When I asked for a dirty knife to be exchanged the knife was taken away and not replaced. I had to use one from an adjoining table. The front of house man did not come to greet us and show us to a table on arrival but simply called us over and told us to sit anywhere. A bonus was the free use of the pools at the nearby spa which was very good.

Best choice we could have made for our 1 week stay in Biarritz! Everything was perfect : great location near Marbella Beach, free parking, amazing spa with fitness, aquagy and yoga classes, clean amenities, nice breakfast, kettle in the room and friendly staff. We highly recommend and will happily come back :-)
