Bialystok: i migliori hotel a 5 stelle

Just before New Year’s Eve I decided to take my boyfriend to Royal Hotel for New Year’s Eve Party. When I looked online to book our nights out, there was last room available, which means the price was high. But that was ok. It was my first time I was visiting Poland and I really want to enjoy it. When we arrived to the room and open the door the room looked nice and tidy. After unpacking our bags my boyfriend saw a quite big stain near front door on the carpet floor. He works past seven years in five-star hotels In Mayfair London. His eyes spot inequality immediately. That put our stay down so badly each time we were coming back to the room the stain was there to welcome us at the door. Second thing was crack on toilet door near the handle which was fixed and painted unprofessionally. Finally, it was quite a shock when we saw that for each room service, we would have to pay 40zl, which is relevant to 8£ English pounds. I do understand to tip, as I aways do, but to pay room service in five-star hotel seem a bit odd for us. Moreover on arrival we found out that Jacuzzi is not working. Our next move was to go downstairs to Royal Hotel Browar and enjoy the night before New Years Eve. Just day before like I was able to get last room in your hotel, it was the same as such I was able to get last available table at Royal Hotel Browar for New Years Eve. While eating we spoke to Manager to find out where would be our table on New Year’s Eve, but unfortunately, the table plan was not ready yet. Later, during night one of the lovely waitresses told us that the table plan was ready. When we asked where our table would be, we found out it would be by the wall on the right-hand side from main entrance. That put us off too. The Manager knew we are staying guest even so allocated us by the wall. We were totally no happy with it. Then we spoke to our lovely hostess who looked after us all evening and explain. Thereafter we did get different table. New Year’s Eve night begins, we set down order drink, food and start to enjoy last night of the year. After some time, the music starts to play very loud, thereafter not at all. Basically, there were speakers on top of the bar which were not working properly. Music once played, once not at all, once to loud and once not at all. Eventually their were taken away. It totally break the atmosphere for us, as such the spirit of New Year’s Eve ( Sylwester) night. Finally, as we had table for two, the chairs we had were not too comfy. We saw boof table empty for quite a long time, like few hours. Therefore, we asked our waitress if we could move there, but been told that it is booked. After hour later we asked again, unfortunately, same answer. Then my boyfriend went to ask one of the Managers and we were able to move to the boof table. Overall during our stay we spend a good some of money at your hotel, always tipping for really good service from your staff, but sometimes I was not feeling welcome. We would be extreme

Il mio partner e io ci siamo fermati mentre visitava la sua famiglia per Pasqua. L'hotel è bellissimo in tutto. Ci siamo resi molto benvenuti e con il mio molto limitato polacco tutti parlavano in inglese se necessario. L'hotel è stato molto amichevole e non ha potuto fare abbastanza per voi. Il ristorante ha un buon standard e la scelta delle bevande è molto buona, l'aspetto e l'atmosfera è molto tranquilla giocando in tutto il mondo La stanza è stata pulita con asciugamani e letto cambiato ogni giorno. Era a poche distanza dal centro di Białystok, ci siamo camminati e ci sono voluti circa 20 minuti. Lo consiglierei e mi aspetto di tornare presto.

Situazione confortevole, l'unico scambio 24-hour nella città. Super pulite camere, separatamente voglio notare la pulizia del bagno! Nessun divorzio o traccia di gocce d'acqua. Ottimo pulizia della stanza: Sempre fresche asciugamani, letto riempito, nuove bottiglie d'acqua e tè, cambia carta da bagno e occhiali sanitari. Ci sono set dentali. Spa piacevole: sauna a vapore e asciugamano, nuovo jacuzzi, sala sala. Sala fitness dotata. Benvenuto personale, parlare russo. Qualsiasi tempo disponibile per telefono. Bella vista dalla finestra. Cucina diversificata nel ristorante. In Whitestock io rimango solo qui! Dei rilievi: scarpe solo in camere vip, nessun set di rasatura.

Situazione perfetta nel centro della città. Colazione deliziosa con una buona selezione e un bel servizio. Parcheggio piccolo. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Il servizio al desk front era senza speranza. Un giovane team, senza esperienza e sorriso, hanno ancora molto da imparare. Non mi sentivo come un diamante HH. In questo hotel non significa niente. Ma la cosa più irritante è quella di aspettare la fattura: quando sono arrivato, mi è stato chiesto di pagare, ma non ho ricevuto la fattura, mi è stato detto che la riceverei quando ho controllato.
