Great location, nice food and cozy room

Very pleasant personal at the reception. First time in my life then I should make a deposit. Strange but not critical

Удобное расположение, единственный в городе круглосуточный обмен валют. Супер чистые номера, отдельно хочу заметить чистотелу ванной комнаты! Ни одного развода или следа от капель воды. Отличная уборка номеров: всегда свежие полотенца, заправленная кровать, новые бутылочки воды и чая, меняют туалетную бумагу и санитарные стаканчики. Есть dental sets. Приятно удивило спа: сухая и паровая сауна, новый джакузи, соляная комната. Оборудованный фитнес зал. Приветливый персонал, говорит по русски. В любое время доступен по телефону. Красивый вид из окна. Разнообразная кухня в ресторане. В Белостоке останавливаюсь только здесь! Из минусов: тапочки только в vip номерах, нет shaving sets.

酒店的位置非常好，酒店本身的餐廳在當地就比較有名。 前台服務很熱情，早餐也不錯。 大樓本身是1953年的老建設，所以走廊有點嚇人，房間內部都翻修過的還不錯的。 被子和德國類似標準單人小被子，我衹能將2條被子橫過來蓋，所以設施設備要扣分

Ho soggiornato per una settimana, durante viaggio di lavoro. Buon hotel, livello internazionale, attenzione ai clienti mai invadenti. Camere adeguate e accoglienti. dispone di un ristorante con uno chef di ottimo livello, buona colazione. L'hotel offre anche un piano sotterraneo con palestra, sauna finlandese e umida, jacuzzi e saletta relax. Sarebbe tutto perfetto ma... Purtroppo manca un indispensabile controllo da parte del personale e informazione ai clienti sulle regole necessarie nella SPA: troppo spesso i clienti sono ignoranti del corretto comportamento e ho trovato sia chi non usa asciugamani in sauna, non fa la doccia ed è entrato sudato direttamente in jacuzzi, altri con whiskey e musica nella sauna. Consiglio maggiore controllo per garantire una indispensabile tranquillità e relax, il rischio è di perdere valutazione nonostante il buon livello dell'hotel.

Old world charm in the heart of the city with friendly, helpful staff. This is our fourth stay and we will be back. Breakfast buffet is a feast. Thanks to all the staff and happy Christmas to a great group of people who make their guests very welcome and comfortable

Great hotel in Central Bialystok , well deserves its four star rating Everything about this hotel is top class Rooms are immaculate, comfy beds and pillows ,great room service and a quality restaurant serving local and regional dishes. Staff are very organised and speak good English . Plenty of on site secure parking .

Interesting, quirky old hotel, with nice pool/restaurant area and great views from the roof terrace, though there are no other public areas. Superior Room 102 (and similar) small, dark and poky, with inadequate furnishings and storage and not much privacy. There are obviously better rooms available... for a price. Good staff, but breakfast selection underwhelming. We stayed here 12 years ago and liked it, but the hotel now seems to aiming for an upmarket, boutique status with prices to match. There is better value elsewhere.

Already my second time here and again I was very happy with my stay. The room is beautiful and spacious. The service is always good. The location is perfect at the heart of the city within a close walk to all the attractions. Next time I come to Bialystok, I will choose this hotel again.

Very good service and good food, all employees represented the company well and maintained excellent professionalism. The breakfast is very pleasant and with many options. The internet never failed during my stay.

Nice and easy, lots of nightlife and good restaurants and bars around, shopping centers walking distance, churches in neighborhood, car parking very easy, own parking space, rooms goods and spacious, easily enjoyable

A charming, slightly old-fashioned hotel within walking distance of the Opera House and Palace. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and the rooms are good. The restaurant is excellent, and Bella, the robot waiter, will amuse while you await the fine food
