Building require immediate maintenance, hotel waiters are in unwashed & dirty clothes, food quality not good.

Hotel look wise is good, i will not recommend for business / professional for stay who go for customer visits and meetings. No wifi and breakfast start at 8am. During my stay 3-4 guests, scare to sleep in room,

Things i liked at the hotel was fast room service. But things i don't like are rooms have cockroaches and beds were not clean as expected. Food was too pricey as compared to test.

Very pleasant. Everything was fine with food and amenities. But i feel that the property needs some maintenance. Location is convenient and people are friendly.

Very poor and tired hotel. Very basic and old and not worth the price they are charging. The only thing nice about the hotel was the cleanliness. It was clean but other than that there is nothing going for this hotel. The staff is very poorly trained. The restaurant is very sad. I think the owners are just running it for the sake of running it. The location is good about a 10 minute walk to hotel pal heights and a 20 minute walk to Ekamra Park.

Worst experience, changed rooms with no proper sanitation, no pest control. Cockroaches running around beds. Poor quality breakfast, not properly cooked.

Very very poor room service. Tea served after 45 min of order. Food served after more than one hour. My room 418 was very shabby. There were very high smell of insectide spray in the room. Bathroom was in dilapidated state. Food just ok. Overall worst experience
