Hotel casa residency is an excellent plan to stay. Property is net and clean ***** with it's situated in a good locality. It's really pleasant to stay with a homely atmosphere.

It’s really a great experience staying in this hotel, very hygienic, respectful people, good service. But only one-thing there will be a power cut sometimes and inverter works only for one light and fan.

The owner's behaviour is rude, not at all flexible towards the client, 3* is mentioned but the facility given is like 0. No proper mattress, pillow are horrible, bath towels are dirty, bathroom door is unfurnished. Sofas in room are dirty, food plates given are dirty, even electric cattle is dirty inside.

I had booked it on last minute and to my surprise it was very good. U can get food from outside. The stay only provides breakfast. Room are clean and the best part is bathroom which is big and clean with hot water facility. The room also has sofa set, tv, wifi and ac. Good place to stay. Sorry no photos taken

Nice clean and peaceful location. Breakfast had limited option, but tasty. Clean and spacious room. Overall nice place at economical price with basic facilities.

It's a guesthouse location wise very safe. Only breakfast is available rest hv to order from outside. Worth the price

My stay at this property can be defined as dreadful and horrific. I only stayed for 2 hours and then checked out becuase the rooms were so dirty and so smelling that i can't describe. There was no one at the property when i checked in and no one while i checked out. The security checked me and in and i checked out myself

The location was close to the train station and easily walkable. Meals not being provided might seem like an issue but there are an ample amount of restaurants nearby so food would not be a problem. The breakfast provided was decent enough. The people are polite enough, especially the night manager.

overall experience is good. there are some hygiene issues in rooms. lizard 🦎 and cockroches are in room.
