Main aur meri wife Bhopal Junction ke paas Hotel Kamal Regency me ek raat ke liye ruke the, aur yeh hamare liye ek bahut hi bura experience raha. Is hotel ke staff ki professionalism aur behavior dono hi sharmnaak hai. Hotel me staff ke naam par sirf 3 log hain: ek attendant aur 2 receptionists, jo dono hi bahut arrogant aur badtameez hain. Jab maine apni wife ke saamne ek request ki ki meri train 3 baje ki hai aur mujhe sirf ek ghante ka late check-out chahiye, to receptionist itna bure tareeke se chillane laga jaise main usse koi zabardasti kar raha hoon. Ye behavior bilkul bhi acceptable nahi hai, especially ek professional setup me. Ek receptionist ka kaam hota hai politely baat karna, lekin yaha to respect naam ki cheez hi nahi hai. Sabse badi baat, ek customer apne paise dekar aata hai aur usse ek achha experience milna chahiye. Lekin yaha staff ka attitude aisa hai ki customer ko apni galti lagne lage ki unhone yaha stay kiya. Mujhe lagta hai ki koi bhi insaan jo apni izzat karta hai, is hotel me kabhi stay nahi karega. Aapke paise aur time dono barbaad honge.

It was not maintained at all, rooms were smelly, bathrooms were unclean and staff was so rude and unprofessional specially a person name rahul from the reception. Even after requesting for early check in while making reservations and even after the availability of the room, i have been asked to pay 1000 rs extra for 3 hrs extra. Overall a pathetic experience and a nightmare

The stay was absolutely terrible and it was the worst experience. The front desk acted like goons when asked to provide early check in bill. The rooms were smelly and ac didn't not work.

There was problem with working of ac because of which had to suffer initially but after a lot of request and calls to reception, the issue was resolved.

I booked deluxe room but ac are not working properly and tv not working properly room service are not good

Breakfast was included in the package but they have charged for breakfast. I have reached hotel by 5 am in the morning but the booking was fixed from 12 am. So they have charged 1600 rs extra.

Terrible rail engine sound. Rude & harsh behavior of reception staff. Blanket provided is very poor. Free breakfast not provided. This is charged by me. No hot water in bathroom.

Hot water facility was not proper. Mattress used in hotel were not comfortable and were of local quality. Breakfast was not upto the mark.
