They are not providing water bottle if we want we nee t to purchase from them it will cost 25rs per bottle this is not acceptable water is basic thing

Very old property. Complimentary breakfast was a joke, never take that. Cleanliness is a challenge. Staff are good.

This is the worst hotel i have never seen a hotel more useless than this. There is no cleanliness of any kind, neither in food nor in bedsheets.

We went in at 6 am in the morning after travel-ling for6-7 hours, and the hotel staff straight away denied our booked room stating they don't allot rooms for booking. Finally after argument for more than an hour they gave us a room which was non-ac and even the door latch was broken.
