disappointing stay – poor room condition and service
i recently stayed at hotel maggo, bharatpur, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. the 3 rooms that were given to us were in poor condition cleanliness, maintenance problems, smell bad. it was clear that the room had not been properly maintained, which made our stay uncomfortable.
additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. i found the staff to be unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. when we raised the issues with my room, the staff did not seem interested in addressing them, and i felt my concerns were dismissed rather than resolved.
overall, the lack of care in room upkeep and poor customer service handling made this stay unpleasant. i hope the management will improve both their room conditions and their approach to guest service, as i believe these changes would greatly enhance the guest experience..
