Amazing hotel in the heart of taksim. Accessible to loads of restaurants and shopping areas. Great staff working at the hotel and super accommodating.

遇見的所有前台態度都很好，是在土耳其收穫最好的酒店，第一晚的前台大叔，不太會説英語，但是全程翻譯器交流都非常的耐心，態度非常的好，前台幫忙定的送機也非常實惠。房間非常的乾淨整潔。

整體感覺而言，房間設施衞生都還不錯，遺憾的是在退房後等待接車的5分鐘裏，女兒想再要回房間用一下衞生間遭到了拒絕，實屬無語😓

If you are looking for expert staff, hygiene, and impeccable service, this is the place for you. Located just two blocks from Istiklal, this facility boasts an excellent location. As a family-friendly and tranquil hotel, you can feel at home here. The staff on-site is very warm, kind, attentive, and caring, making it our favorite place. We now visit regularly. The rooms are extremely clean, regularly maintained, and, upon request, even more so – in short, flawless hygiene. Thanks to this hotel, we had a fantastic stay. I recommend it because the rooms are very spacious for families or couples. 10 out of 10 for us.

I recently spent 4 nights at Hub Suite in Istanbul and cannot speak highly enough of my stay. The property was immaculately clean and it all seemed very new. It's easily walkable to Istiklal street and Taksim Square and has many restaurants close by. I'd also like to mention the man who worked on the reception desk at night as he was the friendliest and most welcoming person I've met on my travels despite him not speaking English. He'd always greet me on my arrival back to the hotel and offer me some tea which was a nice touch. If I ever visit Istanbul again I'll definitely be booking a stay here once more.
