Enjoy your visit to London in this spacious and cosy home-away-from-home. The house is 15 minutes walk away from Welling Train Station and Bexleyheath Town Centre. London Bridge Station is only 30-35 minutes train ride from Welling Train Station. In Welling Town Centre you will find a variety of shops, supermarkets, pubs, bars, restaurants and a big Shopping Centre. There is a driveway with free parking for up to 2 cars. The property is located in a residential area - STRICTLY NO PARTIES! The space You will find all the amenities you need in this house and can enjoy some fresh air and the outdoors in the large back garden. Upstairs, you’ll find four generously sized bedrooms. Master bedroom - Super King size bed and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 - A double bed and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 - A double bed, open rail shelf and a cot bed Bedroom 4 - A single bed Main Bathroom - a large bathtub and a toilet Specious open plan living and dining area - A large 3 seater sofa and a Smart TV (with Freeview channels, Netflix, Amazon Prime and a lot more) 8 seater dining table and Super fast internet with up to 500 Mbps internet speeds. Specious kitchen and dining area - dining table for 6 and all the necessary kitchen amenities, gas stove, oven, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave. Downstairs Toilet NOTE: There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll which will last a couple of days. If you wish to purchase more for your stay there are a number of supermarkets and shops nearby. Garden - outdoor table and sofa set. There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
