The maintenance of the room (507) was terrible. Long scratches in the walls, furniture in poor condition, holes in the wall had been patched with chunks of spackling which were left uneven and clumpy, light bulbs burned out; the sheets were gauzy thin and the bed cover had cigarette holes burned in it (in a non-smoking room). Certainly not what I expected from a Wyndham motel.

I was very pleased with the 2 Queen Deluxe beds. The room was very nice and clean. I would definitely recommend staying here. Book non smoking and if you smoke. Smoke in your car or outside. There is a $25.00 per pet fee for pets which is nonrefundable and that's understandable and reasonable.
Breakfast is the usual waffles, cereal, etc. At least it's something. If you prefer a grand slam, take yourself to Dennys and buy it.
If you purchase the deluxe room you have a coffee pot ( the one in my room was missing a tube so it didn't work), the fridge and microwave worked great and I reported the coffee pot. Guests should always report issues. If you do not report issues then they will not be corrected so instead of writing a nasty review. Report the issue. Give the hotel a chance to correct the problem.

Sono andato in camera e mi hanno dato una stanza che non era pulita, quindi sono andato e ho avuto un'altra stanza una volta nella stanza ho solo avuto un asciugamano. La doccia non aveva posto dove metterle di sapone o shampoo e condizionatore, quindi ho dovuto metterle in cima al serbatoio e al letto. Le foglie avevano tinture in loro una stanza molto cattiva non credo che rimarrei lì più

Abbiamo fatto delle prenotazioni in questo momento, mentre viaggiavamo in treno da New Orleans e il nostro allenato è arrivato dopo mezzanotte. Ho chiamato per far sapere al manager che ci sarebbe stato un check-in tardivo e lei non ha indicato alcun problema. Siamo finiti ancora più tardi di quanto pensassimo, e ho chiamato di nuovo per farli sapere che eravamo in taxi e andava all'hotel. Il manager era pronto e aspettandoci e ci ha messo in un posto molto veloce che apprezziamo molto. Ho potuto ricevere una stanza di angolo migliorata su un piano alto, a causa del mio status di membro Hilton.
Le strutture erano buone.
I circuiti di alimentazione non funzionavano.
Neanche Fridge funzionava bene.
Il pavimento della doccia aveva un mattone da doccia strano all'interno, non era piacevole.

Questo è stato un soggiorno fantastico, c'è qualcosa per tutti. La Wildflower Spa è un massaggio rilassante imperdibile e abbiamo trascorso la giornata lì.
Il caffè è molto buono. La lounge era bella per gli adulti, le bevande erano fantastiche, non annacquate, i baristi erano molto gentili e disponibili al lungo bar di Charlie.

SS CortinaWe were looking for a hotel near our family. We received a suggestion from Trip.com to take a gander at La Quinta Inn & Suites Sea World. The price offered for our lengthy stay was unbeatable elsewhere. I read the reviews and had a few concerns, but you just never know. Now, what I am about to mention I do not say lightly because I travel extensively. We arrived at the hotel after an exhaustive travel day on the road. We were greeted by a young lady named Samantha. She was probably the best front desk clerk that I have ever encountered. She was inviting, respectful and welcoming to La Quinta. She asked how our day was and assured us that our stay would be as comfortable as she could make it. She explained everything and directed us to the elevators. As we walked away, she reminded us to call on her if we encountered any issues and wished us a good night. The hotel was clean and safe. I woke up during the night and looked outside the window to check on my vehicle. I found a security vehicle stationed at the entrance of the property. This was good to see and put me at peace. The only issues that I had was the coffee and the room. I found the coffee to be Luke warm to cold on two occasions in the morning. As for the room, the hotel was a non smoking hotel, but I swear someone had previously smoked in the room. The aroma wasn't too bad but I could tell. It was tolerable but unfortunate. You trust visitors to follow the rules but not all can be controlled. A huge thanks to the best front desk clerk Samantha who checked in on us during our week visit. Thank you!

La grande passeggiata nel doccia e nel bagno più grande è anche bello. I letti dormono bene e l'a/c funziona bene! Ruben è stato amichevole e utile.La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per l'evento che abbiamo partecipato al National Shooting Complex. Grazie per aver offerto un tasso di tiro, in modo che le famiglie possano permettersi di soggiornare nel vostro hotel e sostenere le attività extracurricolari dei loro figli.

UUtente ospiteTypically when ever I travel with my dogs I book a stay at a Sonesta because the business is very dog friendly and ergonomic. I never before had any issues with my one very reactive dog at a Sonesta. So when I moved to San Antonio for work and was waiting on my furniture to be delivered booking here was a no brainer. The good: Laundry doesn't cost quarters, which is nice being between homes and staying for week. The little laundry facility is really nice. There is also a modest fitness center with some cardio equipment and free weights, in addition to a pretty decent pool, and basketball court where your kiddos can play. The breakfast is decent, and free with your stay which I always appreciate. The bad: Every single card reader to enter a room or the building is broken. My room hasn't received turn over service once, or had the trash taken in my week long stay; housekeeping keeps leaving notices that they were supposed to but didn't on my door. The thermostat resets to 85+ degrees throughout the day and night. Lastly, and what really soured my stay is the situation this location put me in with my dogs. I have one dog who's fine, and another who is very scared of everything and is reactive to dogs and people. I book at Sonestas because I have never had an issue with her at one, and I've always felt like I could keep her safe and not put her in any bad situations. At one point I ended up locked outside of my room with my dogs for over an hour; first I couldn't get into the side access door, then I couldn't get into my room. I ended up having to leave both dogs in my car in the heat of the summer, and get my card re-keyed at the front desk. Even after updating the keys, they still struggled to open the side access door a few feet from room and it would take several attempts to open my room door. Even before this incident the doors weren't really working, I'd have to swipe 5-10 times to get any open. After this incident, and my report that none of the doors work maintenance taken no action to correct the bad card readers, and nothing has changed. I continue to see the hallways congested with people also struggling to open their doors. I ended up making the decision to board my dogs at a professional site for the duration of my stay rather continue to put them in a situation where something bad could happen. I am very unhappy with this situation, and I will never book at this location again.

La cosa più importante che dovevo dare è che una volta che mio marito e io entrammo nella nostra stanza, abbiamo notato quanto fosse caldo, non eravamo troppo preoccupati perché San Antonio era 100+ gradi ma il frigo era rotto e non potevamo tenere l'acqua fredda. Ancora una volta, non c'è grandezza perché abbiamo trovato una macchina per il ghiaccio e abbiamo fatto un ”frigo” nel bacino per le nostre acque.Infine, la stanza non era molto pulita, potevamo dire che i pavimenti non erano vuoti perché c'erano dolci e fibre o qualcosa del genere sul pavimento sporadicamente. Se rimarremmo più di una notte, sono sicuro di aver avuto un po' di più pressione per avere bisogno di alcuni degli articoli elencati sopra corretti. In generale, darei il mio soggiorno a 6/10. Spero che questo aiuterà i futuri ospiti!

KKUOHUALa posizione dell'hotel è molto conveniente, situato nel centro della città, dove andare è molto conveniente. La colazione non è buona. Solo per te un sacchetto di secco, un pezzo di caramelle, una piccola mela, il caffè è molto comune. C'è spazio aperto e non ci sarà più tempo quando arriverà!

RRingo.La camera dell'hotel non era grande o sbagliata. L'elenco indica un deposito di $50, ma ho ricevuto un deposito di $100 e trip.com un agente di servizio clienti ha contattato l'hotel per conto mio. Ho lasciato alle 11 e prima di lasciare c'erano due colpi separati alla porta per servire come segnali di controllo era alle 11:00.
A circa le 11:00 ho deciso di prendere un ghiaccietto di ghiaccio che si trovava sul primo piano, dopo aver ricevuto il ghiaccietto e mi sono dirigeto verso la mia stanza, una giovane madre si sedeva sulle scale fumando una sigaretta con le sue due ragazze lieghe. E quando passo, ho detto alle ragazze “Mi scusi, signore”, quando li passo, la giovane madre si scusò e le ha detto che non c'era bisogno di scusa, sorridendo e continuando sulla mia strada. Una delle ragazze mi chiedeva a sua madre perché la chiamassi una giovane donna, la madre rispose perché un giorno lei cresceva per essere una bella donna. Chiedo alla sua famiglia di cosa fosse tutto il rumore fuori? Le ragazze disse con entusiasmo che la madre aveva detto che crescerebbero per essere bellissime... e non sanno cosa si diceva di più perché all’epoca sono entrato nella mia stanza. Ma il suono dei due ”giovani” ridendo e ridendo mi fece sentire meglio.
Quando mi sveglio, la luce del giorno rivelava una zona industriale di San Antonio TX che non avevo mai visto prima.
Io sarei rimasto lì.
