La relación calidad/pecio es muy buena, la habitación es realmente cómoda, limpia y cuidada. Algunos detalles de las zonas comunes del hotel están un poco antiguos/desgastados pero todo siempre muy limpio. A 10min andando del centro de Vielha y con la facilidad de aparcar en un parking muy amplio.

The Hotel is basic but has everything you would need great staff especially Mario at the bar , very good value for money would highly recommend for families wanting to see Val d,Aran at a good price point... Breakfast was a bit repetitive but different choices for dinner buffet at night..

The location of the property is excellent and an easy 10 minute walk into Vielha with plenty of parking. It is an old fashioned property and the outside could be tidied up, it does look a little depressing but the style of the building doesn’t really help. Inside reception is airy and modern and check in was quick and easy. Lifts are available to all floors. The aesthetics elsewhere are very dated and are worn, for example the corridor carpets are threadbare in places. The bar area though is airy, light and comfortable, as was the dining room. These remained largely empty though and as such there is no ambience or atmosphere, but this isn’t the hotels fault if they are not used. Outside and terrace and pool was a nice addition as we had fantastic weather. The room was relatively small and quite dark (because of the style building) but it was perfectly adequate and we had a fairly comfortable three days. The bathroom was perfectly acceptable also and the shower was good, albeit make sure the shower curtain is in and fully across. The bathroom hairdryer was slightly melted which was a little concerning so I didn’t use this. The other improvement definitely needed was the towels as they were thin and rather frayed round the edges in places but the toiletries included were really good. The room cleanliness could have been slightly improved, only in that there were cobwebs in the bathroom and dust over the floor under the desk, but otherwise the housekeeping was fine. We had breakfast one day and I felt it very good value for 12€. The drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced and Mario was lovely! The staff we encountered were all friendly. There was a steamer iron available at reception but there is no kettle in the room which could be a big improvement and is a facility I would definitely expect to have available in a stated four star property. Overall, yes this property is dated and rough around the edges; I would not agree it reaches the four star standard however for the price we paid I didn’t feel it unreasonable and for our needs on this occasion it worked fine so providing you want just a pit stop and are getting out and about you’ll be fine but don’t expect luxurious surroundings or facilities. A reasonable budget accommodation is how I would summarise this hotel, but we had a perfectly pleasant stay.

Good stuff: very friendly receptionist, lots of hot water in the bathroom. After that a bit more difficult - overall very shabby, so tired that it’s hard to see if it’s properly clean, tho I suspect not with the carpets anyhow. No aircon in July - was an issue. Noisy rooms and corridors with thin walls. No tea / coffee making facilities in the room and a broken coffee machine in a corridor. Bed just about ok. I did book through Airbnb and it seemed very expensive for one night not in the ski season (£185 for one person). Oh, and they completely failed to respond to several requests (via Airbnb) to extend the booking for a second night or tell me about how / when check in was until the morning - by which time I was already in the air!

Where do I start? From the moment we pulled up into the carpark, I knew this was a mistake. Pitted carpark, slipped slates on the roof (and there's a lot of roof) and a general air of neglect. Almost looked like a derelict! Anyway, we went into the reception, which was quite well presented and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. We had to wait 20 mins as our room wasn't ready. The standard room we'd booked was so small it was claustrophobic. Brown, dated and in dire need of an update. I felt depressed as we had booked 2 nights. I could go on and on... So, the only thing I can commend this hotel for is the excellent staff and the location. And the potential excellent breakfast which was undermined by the fact that it was served cold!
