Sonesta ES Suites Allentown Bethlehem Airport

+ place is HUGE! easily the largest hotel/motel room ive been to (ive been to around 10) + The room i used had a full sized refrigerator, sink, and microwave + i stayed 2 nights and both nights when i went outside, there was a police car patroling the area +- Cheap and affordable, but bear in mind its basically a motel (you can see your car in front of your hotel window) ~the couches were very scratched up and used ~the shower faucet kept dripping even when turned off ~The only thing seperating you from someone with ill-intent, is a thin large window, kind of unnerving. I looked it up and it seems that bedrooms in PA legally have to have full sized escrow windows in case of fire, so this isn't the hotels fault. Just be sure to ask for a room not on the first floor. +Room smelled fine (you have no idea how often hotel rooms have a musk smell to them, but this one did not)

The room smell really bad the bathroom wasn’t properly clean there was hair the bed was really uncomfortable, very poor

Sorry , not again ! Started bad and got worse, after my credit card was accepted and I signed they claimed my card was denied. After the same with a different card , accepted and signed they claim that card was denied. Apparently it was their system that had a “ glitch “ . Got to our room which was pretty standard we found the previous guest leftover food in the refrigerator. The hotel was not full yet they put us in a room where the headboard rested against the wall with the elevator shaft on the other side so all night we were treated to sounds of the elevator in motion. No blanket in the room only a top sheet and a light cover on the bed . Not the hotels fault but the child staying above us was running around the room until 2:00 am. Breakfast was fair to say the best , wanted to complain but there was no one at the desk to check out, wound up giving the key to a janitor .

Sonesta Hotels are a great choice! Chose this property because we enjoyed our stay at a Sonesta in the past. I love staying at the Sonesta hotels; it’s quiet, clean and offers a delicious guest(s) breakfast.

Rooms were nice and in good repair. The problem is the clientele doesn’t always seem to treat the property appropriately. For example, the elevator smelled of urine. Some neighboring rooms not considerate of noise levels. Some of the guests appeared like locusts at the hot breakfast buffet provided and not particularly considerate of others using the facility. Even though the room was non-smoking, previous guests had obviously disregarded that rule. The room itself was otherwise in good condition with nicely equipped kitchen and an excellent value. The hotel is conveniently located near the LVI airport and US 22 freeway. Really is a nice place for a weekend stay, but clientele did nothing to help that.

Clean & affordable Checkin was easy, Room was clean, checkout was easy as well.
