Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Bethesda

Staff was very friendly and did everything they could to try and improve our stay. Checked in later in the evening and went straight to bed. In the morning we noticed a spill/stain on the floor that was not fully cleaned and a towel draped over the shower bar that we did not put there. Asked to change rooms but initially they tried to just clean the room. Stain was still slightly visible and felt like that was the only area that was treated. We were moved to a new room that was cleaner but still noticed some smaller things like fingerprints on the light switches and dust on the blinds and on the floor in some areas. Door was also visibly damaged and did not close on it's on. Staff was very accommodating but it did not feel like the rooms were thoroughly cleaned. There was a lot going on that week with paving in the parking lot and several hours one day without water in the hotel that could have certainly played a role in things not being up to standard.

The only reason I’m not giving it 5/5 is because when I arrived the front desk staff at the moment of my check in (which was early, due to flight change) told me the hotel didn’t have rooms and took my bag without checking my reservation. After a bit I saw other people checking in and being given their rooms. I then approached another front desk person and he was able to help me out and gave me my room earlier. The ease of access to the hotel is great. You can use your smartphone to access front door/room/gym etc…the cleaning staff was very professional and courteous. The prices are great for the location and I would definitely stay here again

Catherine non sarà male all'hotel. La posizione è abbastanza buona. L'hotel è vicino al museo dei bambini, al centro bus e alla stazione della metropolitana, ovunque sia conveniente. La stanza è grande e il parcheggio è anche conveniente, ma il pagamento è 26 coltelli al giorno. Il mattino sotto Starbuck usa rulli, molti tipi, va bene. Fabbricano igelatrici e idromassaggio. Guida alla Casa Bianca, il monumento di Washington è molto conveniente.

Mi piace questo hotel - per la maggior parte perché è un diamante in bruto - è abbastanza conveniente considerando soprattutto a causa della sua comoda posizione e parcheggio gratuito bonus (nota finché si arriva lì più che probabilmente abbastanza presto - per me sono sempre stato in grado di ottenere un punto Ma ho un piccolo auto e un bosco entrato alle 8 o così ogni notte ho soggiornato - ho notato che tutti i punti erano presi quando io avrei lasciato presto a.m) Le camere non sono affascinanti e c'è una quantità decente di rumore attraverso le pareti, ecc.) - ma per un bacheco di lavoro come me che cerca sempre di vivere su un bilancio - l'hotel è un posto dolce per me. E' solo 1 km dal lavoro e posso ottenere per circa $75 per notte tutti inclusi - che batte fuori altri piccoli problemi che ho notato. Oh e trovo i letti molto comodi

We were very happy with this hotel. Room (one king bed) was large, clean, and quiet. The window could be opened, and the air conditioning was both effective and really quiet. Wifi was free and fast. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated having a fridge, coffee maker, and microwave in the room. The breakfast buffet was good: sliced strawberries, eggs, bacon, pancakes, oatmeal, etc. They weren't charging for breakfast while we were there, maybe because the lobby was still being renovated. In the two days we were there, we saw the crew put the almost-final touches in place (including new furniture). But no noise traveled to the rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great for us; the hotel is around the corner from the metro, and a block away from the downtown Bethesda streets that have all the small shops and restaurants. If we have to make a similar trip (seeing family) we will be happy to stay here.

From the moment we handed over the car keys to Perry (who made us laugh when we were in the dumps), to when we were greeted by John (Patterson) at the front desk team, and every day thereafter, for 10 weeks, the staff radiated warmth and made our family feel at home. Additional special shout outs to other first-greeters Elijah and Robert from the valet team. Separately, the large hotel rooms are an excellent value. And, for many activities, the hotel’s location is ideal, with nearby quality restaurants at various price points, a pharmacy one block away, and a Metro station two blocks away.

Arrived early - far before the check in time - and the front desk was able to accommodate me with friendliness and professional courtesy. Very clean room, and modern furnishings. Fantastic downtown location, the Metro is less than 5 minutes walk away. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and kudos to all of the very friendly staff. Only little moan is that the parking garage is a maze and not clearly signposted. Otherwise a first rate experience.
